I used the hotel for a stopover in Bangkok, arrived 11pm at BKK and took a taxi (10 min).
The room was great, even got a late night dinner served in the room and could get a relaxing sleep.
Compared to the Amari hotel right at the airport the Miracle Grand is great value for money !

I chose this hotel because of its location near the airport. The staff were helpful, the room and bathroom were both of a good size, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport.

Convenient for the airport, superb service, the room was excellent and very inexpensive through e booking.

service excellent - particularly the 0445 wakeup call which was reapeated to make sure I was up!! Breakfast box was poor but cant expect eggs and bacon in the box!! Staff very friendly and efficient. Will come back again as it is the ideal hotel for a night stop between flights.

We were very pleased with our stay and could not complain about anything until breakfast. We thought that the waitress that served us had a very bad attitude and was obviously very unhappy in her employment. We did mention it to the person who was in charge as we went out, but unfortunately we did not get the waitresses name. In spite of this minor incident we would stay here again especially as a stop over rest since it is near the airport.

Our flight was delayed by more than an hour and when we arrived at the airport, it was well passed midnight but I was so glad that the hotel people were still waiting for us at the airport as we were travelling with our three young children. Room service was still available and also very efficient even after midnight. All of us have a good rest and have a good breakfast. Will definately come back when we need to stay overnight in Bangkok again in September. I also find asiaRoom.com is very user friendly when come to booking hotel rooms.

The hotel is a very quiet one, the location is like is supposed to be so near the airport, at 10 min by taxi to Mo chit station for skytrain, and Chatuchak market.
It s a good hotel for business and convention because it s a big one.
We had a superior room with a king size bed, no problem and the room was big enough.
Clean ok, bathroom ok and the personnal was very polite.
The restaurant was very well, it s a buffet which is very good with thai and western cuisine and also seafood.
You have also a shopping center near there.
For a short stay in Bangkok it s a good hotel.

It was our second stay in this hotel and as before everything was top. As it not far from the airport we always take our overnght stop here after arriving in the evening from our flight from Europe having a connecting flight the very next morning. Besides, the (included) breakfast buffet was excellent and suits everyones taste. It's a pity that after closing down the old airport in favour of the new the hotel won't be that convenient overnight stop as it was.
