The check in staff were friendly & efficient & spoke English. The rooms and hotel in general were way above expectations. The buffet was superb. I will definitely be staying at the Rama Gardens again. The reservations with asiarooms was flawless. Very good value for money.

Have enjoyed our stay very much. Amazing breakfast, no noise in the room at all, very nice pool area and friendly staff. We arrived in the middle of the night and got a free limousine transfer from the airport. It was the first time that I regretted to stay in an airport hotel for only one night. Great service for little money - we will come back!

Stayed in Sept 05'. Lobby is luxurious. Room is spacious and clean. HAs a nice sports complex to keep everyone entertatined. Only downside is its location which is a long way from the nearest skytrain and underground station. Although there are free shuttles to the city and the airport , they are not regular. Have to get around using taxi most of the time. Journey from the city back to the hotel is especially far as it involves a u-turn back that easily takes up another 7 minutes of the journey. It is highly recommended for a retreat though.

Excellent hotel!! We stayed here for 3 nights with our 4 children in 2 interconnecting rooms :) The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, we were in the older wing. Although we had a non smoking room, one of our rooms really smelled of stale smoke :( The pool area was amazing. The buffet breakfast was incredible, an amazing amount of food. I can also recommend the buffet dinner! The staff were very friendly. The best thing was the compimentary shuttle/bus service to from city and airport which we used alot!! Would not hesistate to stay at Rama Gardens again :)

Great hotel with all the amenities of a four star hotel. Breakfast was great. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and easy to use. This is a great place to stay if you have a flight the next day.

We really loved the Rama Gardens. The high quality breakfast alone is enough to stay at Rama Gardens on my next trip to Bangkok. The public spaces and conference facilities were gorgeous and the rooms and bathrooms were exceptional.
The location near the airport was good for our short stay, but it sure would be nice if there was easier access to downtown.

Hotel was very nice and the food was excellent. My room had adjoining room and at night I could hear them talking "they were loud". I did call front desk once and complaint and a few seconds later I heard their phone ring. Then it was quite so I was very pleased with that type of service. Room serivce was very good and fast. Money exhange rate was poor so be sure to exchange money at airport or bank.
