Good hotel 10 min walk to main road
We only stayed one night but could not fault it. Room, breakfast , staff everything was great . Only downside was that it was a 10 -min walk to the main road for shops and restaurants.
What a great place
The check in was warm, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were first class and the view was excellent. If I was to rate the hotel I would say 4-9 out of 5. I was not able to eat all on offer but that was becauce of me not the Hotel. Great job gang. Thank you from my wife and myself for making our first holiday a holiday we will remember. All the staff at the hotel was friendly, helpful and very professional. Many thanks for arranging the birthday cake and the song for my wife for her birthday. Hope to see you all again, oneday.

This must be the third time we stayed at this hotel. Comparing to the previous stay, the hotel seems too quiet this time. Perhaps it was due to the bad economy and also people are staying at home because of the H1N1 flu scare. One thing never change ... the raods leading to the hotel is always jam packed. But because the Skytrain station was just about 10 minutes walk away, it was not a big deal for us. The only other comment I have is the lack of coffee and tea facility in the room. We used to have that before but somehow they stopped providing that. To save cost maybe but I'm sure it will be great to have that back! JMHO

The room is quite nice, not really big but good equiped! Nice LCD television, good bathroom and the bed was very comfortable, which, I think, is quite important. The hotel is also very clean. The location is also quite good, near the Emporium shopping mall and there is another mall nearby where you can eat all kinds of food for very reasonable prices. Furhtermore you can get to the good locations of the city for around 100 / 150 baht with the taxi.
One remark, the hotel facilities (like internet or laundry) are quite expensive. I don't know anything about the breakfast, I missed it every day. But all in all I think I'd definately come back to the hotel.

however, i cancelled one night so i only stayed for two nights yet i have still been charged for 3,(i cancelled the room for thye third night when i arrived to check in and confirmed again after 24 hours
i would appreciate if we could resolve this please

This is an excellent hotel in most respects. I recommend it highly--It is a bit out of the way, but only a ten minute walk to the BTS.

The stay was pleasant and the staff courteous. Breakfast offered enough choices, the housekeeping excellent and service prompt. However regarding facilities, even though the swimming pool and basic gym are complimentary for guests, sauna etc had to be paid extra for. The shocker was the internet charges - 300 baht per hour for wi-fi and 500 baht with computer. Thankfully, 300 yards down the road, it was available for 70 baht. Location of Four Wings a convenient 12 min walk from Skytrain, half a minute from department store, and massage centres.
