My hubby and myself had stayed in the Jim's Lodge hotel between 12-16May for 4 nites. It's a comfortable & clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. To us, the MRT station is considered to be in walking distance (15min) but most of the times, we took cabs since it's more economic and time saving. (ie. To MBK/Siam Sq- abt 50baht, To Suan Lum Night Mkt- 35baht). Aircon is definitely cold enough, staffs are very friendly, breakfast choice may be limited but was gd enough (as we had the same set for 4 mornings, this lady staff had served w/o much askings). Overall, this is a recommended hotel! Will definitely stay again for our next trip.. ^-^

I had great stay at this hotel because it feels like home to me. It's a clean, centrally-located hotel with approachable staff. If given a chance to travel again to Bangkok, I would certainly prefer to stay at Jim's lodge hotel.

We (2 ladies) stayed at Jim's Lodge from 26/03/05-29/03/05. Basic facilities, but very clean, spacious & comfortable. Aircon is cold enough, though a little noisy. Great central location; near almost all major shopping areas (world trade centre & MBK about 50~60baht by taxi each way. Too far from skytrain to walk but taxis are plentiful outside main entrance (taxis are more value for money with 2 or more people anyway). Street outside is quiet & dark at night, so recommend that ladies take taxi back to hotel if returning after dusk. Very safe during the day as it is mostly residential. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice complimentary breakfast though limited to american breakfast only. Value for money and will definitely consider staying again.

Jim's Lodge is a small hotel, centrally located in a very safe neighborhood close to embassies and the BTS. The hotel is well kept, and the staff are all friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts in the adjacent restaurant are excellent. We have stayed at Jim's Lodge on three occasions, and would again.
