The hotel is located very near the...
The hotel is located very near the Sky Train (BTS) with about 5 to 10 minutes walking. Room size and bathroom are big but a bit old. The facilities such as swimming pool and the gym are very disappointing. Breakfast is just acceptable. Nevertheless, in view of the price, the location and room size, this hotel is still recommended for those who do not need hotel facilites much.

This is a large hotel in a good location. Our room was large, clean and had a great view of the Bangkok skyline. The room had a fridge and kettle. The buffet breakfast was great. Don't get too excited about the pool- it's ok.

My family of 3 arrived past midnight...
My family of 3 arrived past midnight and check-in was a breeze. As requested, we were given a non-smoking room on the 25th floor with a good view of Bangkok. The room was spacious even with an additional bed. The bathroom was spacious too with the shower separate from the bathtub. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The corridor looks tired (carpet was stained and scuff marks noted in certain wall areas). There was no in-room safe so we used the one provided at hotel reception (requires a refundable 1000 bahts deposit). Good location, reasonable price, room was spacious and breakfast fare was good. Overall, I would say that for the room price we paid, this hotel provides good value. The only negative experience I had was getting a metered taxi at 5 AM in the morning. We brought our luggage down to the lobby and I asked the doorman to get us a metered taxi. After our luggage was loaded in the taxi, I gave a good tip to the doorman and asked again if it was a metered taxi. He just gestured us to get in which we did. I asked the taxi driver to turn on the meter and I was told that he charges a flat rate of 400 bahts to the airport. I was so upset that I told the doorman to unload all our luggage from the taxi. I walked over to the street and hailed a metered taxi myself (210 bahts including the 60 bahts for toll fees).

I stayed at this hotel at late August. My room is at 27/F with a very good view. The room and the bathroom is big enough for my family. Breakfast is good enough. The hygiene of the swimming pool is poor and make me disappointed. It take less than 10 minutes to the Nana BTS.

This hotel is well situated due to...
This hotel is well situated due to it's proximity to the sky train, which is superb and very inexpensive. The problem is, it looks like it is in need of a total refurb. While being clean enough, it has a general run down feeling about it. I was a little dissapointed as it was my first experience in Thailand. I would reccomend looking around before deciding on this hotel.

Location of hotel not that bad. 5-10min to NANA BTS. Breakfast requires more variety. Hotel room is big. Toilet big and nice. The corridor air-con are not on which is weird for a hotel. Does not allow late check-out. Service wise nothing special. Might consider coming back to stay again due to its low price and big room.

I have stayed at this hotel annually...
I have stayed at this hotel annually over the last four years and my evaluation has been consistent with the above rating. My criticisms are minor. Perhaps the hotel could keep a supply of daily english language newspapers for sale at the desk eg. Bankok Post and Nation. And perhaps the Hotel could give a special discount for stays of a fortnight or over. The staff are very polite and helpful. I wish you the continuing success you clearly deserve.
