Nice hotel, clean, nice location (about 50 metres off Silom Road, so not very noisy), friendly staff. The room was just as nice as a fancy 5 star hotel! Great value for money. The breakfast could be better, but it was ok.

Having stayed at this hotel before I was again pleased with my stay this time. Taxi drivers have a difficult time finding the hotel because the address seems to say the hotel is located on Soi7, but the location is Soi 3. The Google map provided by ASiaRooms is also not clear. Look for the hotel's phone number before you travel and have the driver call the hotel for diretions if he has problems. Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The hotel will not exchange Bahts into a foreign currency. Even though I asked for a quiet room I was placed on 3rd floor above the main entrane and on busy street. Air conditioner helped to masked outside noise.

Stayed here second year running and will probably return for more! Can't fault the place! Rooms seem to be in the process of getting upgraded, facilities are excellent and it is a welcome haven from the craziness of Patpong.

Silom Serene is in a great location close to all the action of Silom but also close to the big shopping malls only 2 train stops away. Clean, spacious room awith very friendly staff.
