This is our second time to stay...
This is our second time to stay in the Trinity Silom Hotel Bangkok. Everything is ok, except the elevator (always out of order).

Not a fantastic hotel, nice & spacious room; staff 're unfriendly, nice location near the BTS.
But difficult for all taxi drivers to find. F.I.T for the 1st/ 2nd time should avoid it.
In the center of a big shopping center, that everything is slightly pricey.

For a 3 star hotel just 2 minutes walk away from the Chong Nonsi skytrain station, that offers a breakfast buffet, a larger than normal hotel swimming pool and a gym (usage is free), there's really nothing to complain about, especially with the rates that you get here online. Staff was cordial enough, we had a corner room that was large and very brightly lit, for 3 persons. The breakfast, while not exciting, is definitely filling. Securitywise, I'm happy enough with the hotel. The hotel is linked to the Trinity Complex with shops, cafes and restaurants (although much better ones are to be found in Bangkok). The minibar, 21 inch TV set and the spacious bathroom as well as a dresser table, coffee table and chairs were a joy to have! Amenities were provided as well (which many 3 star hotels in Europe do not even provide). My Thai friend was equally impressed with the price and quality ratio. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this serviceable and highly satisfactory hotel to any traveller on a reasonable budget and does not need the frills and service of a 5 star hotel.

I like the location of the hotel being so close to BTS Chongnonsi station. I stayed only two nights there but found the staff helpful and friendly. Room service was also efficient. No complaints. Overall, this hotel offers value for money. I shall consider staying there again on my next trip!

stayed in this hotel before. During my last stay in Jan 2005, I noted the cleanliness and room facility has improved substantially. For the price I paid, it is definitely value for money. My only negative comment is staff attitude. It is still below par. Cafeteria staff do not care about guess coming in for meal or breakfast. Each time guest need an omelette, he has to ask. Other staff around do not care even if the guest stands waiting for 10 mins.

The hotel is very close to BTS which is very convenience. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Good value for the money, I will stay here when I visit next time.
Location is OK. near Silom, near night...
Location is OK. near Silom, near night market and Robinson Department Store (walk around 10mins). If u first time live in this hotel, u better check in before 6:00PM, Since, it is not easy to find the hotel. It is in the middle of the market.
No expection for the breakfast and everything is fine for the price of US24.
