We stayed on the white orchid for...
We stayed on the white orchid for a few nights and it was very good we only use it to take showers and to sleep because we were sightseeing all day the room is ok, if you come with high expectations you might get disappointed but how high are your expectations if you are paying 25 us dollars a night. Perfect location and a spa in the 3° floor!!! Breakfast is very good also we were able of seeing the river from our room!!!

If only the size of the room...
If only the size of the room is larger, the overall room is recommended for the budget traveller. It's also very easy with the convenient shops just right below of the hotel!

The only good thing about this hotel...
The only good thing about this hotel is it's quite well located in the heart of China Town and every taxi driver seems to know where it is. Everything else is negative. The room is really old, the bathroom looks like it is going to fall apart. The blanket is awful. It's well past its replacement date. The room had a pretty bad smell as well.

The actual room is a far cry...
The actual room is a far cry from pictures online and on their brochure. The De Luxe Room was average - what u can expect from a budget hotel but not worth the price. I tried the Standard on the second night and it was pretty bad - ratty towels, dirty bathroom, the bedding was torn... It's mainly for budget travelers and even then, I think you can find a similar type of hotel at a lower price. It's pretty far from the international airport, although it's main convenience is it's across the bank and right beside a 7-eleven. The front desk people were not as friendly or accommodating as the rest of the Thai population I met. As far as the breakfast goes, the selection was limited - more to the taste of Indian, Muslim and Thai guests. Overall, it was just way too far from the main shopping district and airport AND the quality of its services and amenities did not entice me to go back on my last night in Bangkok.

Rooms are ok except the aircon a...
Rooms are ok except the aircon a bit noisy.They should improved the system of checking or collecting the breakfast coupon, I experience that after I gave the coupon to one of the staff, later another staff approach me again for the coupon which is very uncourteous to the customer. Location convenient for food but difficult to get taxi back to the hotel because traffic always heavy along China town.

This hotell is in chainatown, I think...
This hotell is in chainatown, I think location is good for shopping and eating. About 2~3 minutes walking,there is big market. Of course around hotel many food shops. Hotel is old and my rooom has no window and dark,but clean enough. It was good breakfast which is buffe style.

I stayed there for 4D3N. First night...
I stayed there for 4D3N. First night ok. Second day, i found water leak from ceiling. I suspected is aircon water because it near aircon site. I called to room service and they changed a new room for me. Who know, the new room aircon cant function well, it can said "hotcon". I suffer for the whole night!

breakfast is good .would be better if the menu change everyday,good location.very accessable to mrt,to tutu to taxi.good massage by the hotel massage center.worth my stay of 5 days there.
