Excellent customer oriented service
Manager allowed late check out in evening at 6pm as flight departure time was 9.00pm
Refuge in Bangkok
After doing some research on where to accomodate my family of four in Bangkok, I short listed 8 hotels that had a pool for the kids, and as a cool oasis from the afternoon heat. Had to book online to get the special prices, as they were unable to match them at the reception counter as a walk-in customer. Had to wait 1-2 hours for the confirmation from the internet booking agent, to the hotel, before they would let us check in, but they looked after our luggage while we explored. Close to skytrain, subway, and street life. Free upgrade to a clean and spacious room. No adjoining room for the kids, but put them 2 rooms down the corridor. Hotel always happy to accomodate our requests, night and day. Would definitely go back.
Windsor ok except for Pool
Windsor Suites represent excellent value for money whilst the rooms are a little tired and could do with an upgrade we enjoyed our stay.
The Front Desk was very efficient and helpful, checking in was fast and luggage was delivered to our room within 5 minutes of arrival. Rooms were clean and reasonably well appointed.
Breakfast which was included in room rate and Buffet Style was of a good standard.
Both Western and Eastern food choices were well represented.
All staff from ground floor up to room service and cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating, however.................
The Hotel Pool is on the 14 th floor and very well appointed but this floor seems to have a staff problem with negative attitute. Guests are treated with indifference and are made to feel that they are not wanted. Perhaps staff on 14 th floor need to be retrained,as they are letting the rest of the team down.

a good hotel with some problems
I am a regular user of this hotel. I like it because it has good facilities and is well situated, being near Sukhumvit, the skytrain and MRT. Staff are efficient & friendly and I have only had good experiences. This time my 2 grievances were both related to the room. We were next to the lifts and could hear them as they went up and down. Secondly there was a huge cockroach on the curtains which disappeared when we tried to kill it. As we were only there one night I didn't ask to change rooms but think staff would have been happy to do so.

We found our stay enjoyable except I got sick 2 days into our stay and collasped at the air port and had to go on a drip for 2 hours .Also a main concern as I was so sick I didn't get around to tell you but your shower not matter what you do the water goes on the floor and on our first morning I slipped and fell heavily onto the floor and hurt my legs .So all in all I didn't end up eating much and when we tried ordering room serice we kept getting the wrong meals one day two pots of tea instead of stuffed chicken it took 3 atempts to get the meals right The second attempt one meal came up by the time the 2nd one came I couldn't eat afterall Apart from that it was very nice
