Very pleased
I have stayed a number of times. Good location for BTS and getting about. Rooms good. Staff excellent. Very helpful and friendly.
Overall rm was good except the bathtub did not hv a shower head stand and found it difficult to hv quick showers.
The room was tidy except the floor was not clean daily and had a sticky and dusty feeling.

Top hotel
My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for out first stay in Bangkok. Superb location in an area where you have everything close by, a small supermarket across the street, taxi always available (cheapest way to go around the city), friendly staff and good buffet breakfast in the morning. If we come back to Bangkok we'll definitely go back to the Natural Ville! Clean room and no problems at all during our stay!

Once again another great stay at Natural Villas.... Always a pleasure, Great, Spacious Rooms, Clean, Comfortable. IF I had to fault anything and it would be an IF it would be the staircase up to the swimming pool itself is a little tight (spiral) and could of been designed better.
Value for money means We will definatley recommend and of course stay here again.
We usually stay 5* Hotels and just fancied having a little more space, thought we'd try something new and it paid off..... Staff are VERY welcomming and helpful even If on occasions it may be difficult for them to understand your every request.

Enjoyed our stay!
Our stay was very pleasant overall. These apartments are very well located and close to most of the shopping centres and restaurants / macdonalds. Definitely value for money.
outstanding service
We arrived in Bangkok at 7am after a nine hour overnight flight with two small children. we went straight to the hotel not sure if we could check in until 12. The hotel was wonderful, our room was ready by 9, they let us use the shower and swimming pool until we could check in. They also let us stay until 2pm as a late check out the following day (which with a flight out of bangkok not being until midnight and two small children this wasfantastic. They let us come back and use the swimming pool and shower in the evening on the day we checked out. They organised taxis etc during our stay. The restaurant was good and very pleasant after a busy day in Bangkok, however, by Bangkok standards it is expensive, but when compared to what we would pay for ameal in a pub in australia, it was still very reasonable and much nicer than a pub meal!! . The staff were very friendly helpful and accommodating. They really went out of their day to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, and they succeeded. The price for this accommodation is very reasonable and it is excellent value for money!

This is the second time we stayed at NaturalVille in 2 years and will stay again, no doubt.
Great location next to the Sky train station (for the weekend Chatuchak Market), next to malls.
This aparthotel concept is great, you feel just like home.The apartments are confortable and nicely furnished. Internet access easy as a click.
Doormen and concierge very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast at Lenôtre Café is a must with French croissants miles away from Paris!
We just had a booking problem, due apparently to the reservation agent, we explained it to reception and they decided first to investigate to know who did the mistake, we were supposed to stay in a tiny room (we booked for a 52sqm apartment), we insisted to get what we paid for directly and after 2 or 3 hours, reception finally agreed and never mentionned this problem again.
We strongly recommend this place.

I like the style and overall services. Room Service would be a plus. Great staff at the gym! Breakfast lacks option due to space in the restaurant.
