Location is very convenient for free and...
Location is very convenient for free and easy travellers due to the close proximity of MRTA and which is about 5-10 mins walk away and airport is within 20-30 mins. by taxis.. The breakfast is so-so and could be better if more varieties are added. The waiters/waitress should be more attentive for better service. Will stay there next trip but will request room facing road instead of room facing sewage treatment plant.

Good hotel with big room and great...
Good hotel with big room and great location. Walking distance to a MRT station and a night market where you can have a great choice of local Tai food. Very good breakfast and serve. Good choice at a very reasonable price.

I have stayed in palazzo for 15nights.. I know Its quite many nights isnt it? I really enjoyed my staying in Palazzo.. for those reasons..followd as below First of all The hotle staff are so kind and nice.. Thay were all sweet and ready to serve the customers at all the time.. Secondly The hotel is very near with Hwui Kwang Station.. from rachato to city too much traffic if you walk up just 5minutes you will get the MRT Station. I really appreciated for all hospitality from the hotel palazzo staffs.. Happy new year all hope that i can stay there later!

Personally this is a great place to...
Personally this is a great place to stay and great value for money. I would recommend it for everyone who tends to spend more time outside, especially in the Ratchada area. Just one point to note, the internet connection is a tad more costly.

A quiet hotel off the main street...
A quiet hotel off the main street within walking distance from the MTR and wet/night market. Only 15 mins ride from the airport. Service is good but certain things lacking for the price I paid. Room was comfortably big but sad view is the back portion.For the price I paid the hotel should provide hair driers and better shower heaters. Night area for karaoke and messarge parlous round the corner with the other way three shopping malls about a good 15 mins walk. Overrall if you have a short stay and wants to avoid the traffic jams of Bangkok this is the place.

(1) Internet Access Internet shall be provided FOC...
(1) Internet Access Internet shall be provided FOC for customer who bring their own laptop. Enquiries had been made 2 times via Palazzo website but no reply ? For the ground floor charges, 100 Bath is just too expensive, 50 bath per hour shall be reasonable. This is the cost charge for a 5 stars hotel in Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines even some of them provided FOC Internet browsing. (2) Room 609, water heater is either not working or the hotel not provide sufficient hot water supply from the tank. (3) Receptionist - Even found customer history or record, but still request to fill in particulars just like a new customer ? Regards YC Lee

Everything is excellent for the price. Rooms...
