Internet shall be provided FOC for customer who bring their own laptop. Enquiries had been made 2 times via Palazzo website but no reply ?
For the ground floor charges, 100 Bath is just too expensive, 50 bath per hour shall be reasonable. This is the cost charge for a 5 stars hotel in Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines even some of them provided FOC Internet browsing.
(2) Room 609, water heater is either not working or the hotel not provide sufficient hot water supply from the tank.
(3) Receptionist - Even found customer history or record, but still request to fill in particulars just like a new customer ?

A few difficulties & misunderstandings at first due to staff not being able to speak English, but when cleared up everything was excellent, including the wonderful array of food provided for breakfast. I shall certainly stay at this hotel again when in Thailand. Thank you.

Good services from the courteous staff. Breakfast is good and the room is clean, comfortable and spacious. However, the lighting in the room should be brighter. Would recommend it to travellers.
Service provided by the hotel was not...
Service provided by the hotel was not very professional. After checking into the hotel, i found that the key to my room was not functional so i took it downstairs to the reception to get it changed. The Chief Reception lady had the cheek to ask me why i took the key which belonged to another room. I was flabbergasted short of giving her a piece of my mind.
This would be my first and last time staying at this hotel. Totally dissappointed.

Booked there due to the karaoke and...
Booked there due to the karaoke and cafe they had last time I looked in there. Both now closed so that was disappointing. Hotel is good value with mostly asian guests.
