During my stay with my husband on 7th July to 9th July 2009, I'm please with the hotel counter services but sad to mention that the bell boy behaviour was not up to standard. It seem to me that they had connection with the taxi driver and all the taxi driver they recommend don't use meter. I had stay in other hotel and they even help to record the taxi no. plate to make sure their guest are save. Because of the language problem,they help to speak to the taxi driver so we can get to the destination correctly. I strongly recommend and believed that by doing so, it make the staying guest feel so much warm and save.
