Hotel is located very close to MRT...
Hotel is located very close to MRT station - very convenient location. Nice lobby & restaurant. Rooms are large and clean but a little shabby. Buffet breakfast was excellent value.

I have stay in this hotel for one day only , The room is large and clean, but we have not the French channel TV5 on the programe of television,The major of personals were verry friendly,Good location.i will come again .

The location is good as it is...
The location is good as it is not right in the heart of busy Bangkok city, hence, did not really experienced the heavy traffic during our stayed. The subway station is just around the corner, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Room is nice and clean, friendly hotel staff and the service is good. The daily breakfast have good spread of varieties. Will certainly stay in this hotel again in my next visit if room rate remains at 'budget' price range of similar class hotel.

The location of the hotel is good and it is good for budget; however, the space and facilities for the rooms in Palazzo are soso and need to be promoted.

Without putting it too bluntly ... there...
Without putting it too bluntly ... there are better hotels in this area. While the staff and facilities in this hotel are very good, the hotel itself is in much need of some renovation ... the lights not working on the Palazzo sign above the hotel are a true indicator. The room smelled of cigarette smoke the 3 days I was there, and did not feel clean.

My hotel in Bangkok. You could get...
My hotel in Bangkok. You could get better with online reservations. Simplify it and make contact verification with E mail easy. This Outlook Express or whatever is from the dinosur age. Regular E mail will do.Get someone who actual know how to do this proffessionally to set up qa simplified system for reservations and payment. Asia rooms does it perfectly why can not you and then there would be no fee to asia rooms.

Overall, the stay at Palazzo was quite...
Overall, the stay at Palazzo was quite good. The counter staff were efficient and polite. The only thing which spoilt the stay was when I ordered room service. I ordered a sirloin steak and boiled potatoes at the side. I specifically told the room service staff I did not want french fries. When the meal was delivered, I was given a bill for a fillet steak which was more expensive. I pointed that out to the staff and they promptly changed the bill. Next, I found I was given french fries. When I pointed this out, the staff said he was not aware and did not offer to change to boiled potatoes for me. This exasperated me. I was initially wanting to give some tips, but this experience put me off and I did not proceed to tip the staff.
