A good hotel with spacious room, close...
A good hotel with spacious room, close to shopping malls and a night market (5 mins walk) behind the hotel. There is a good seafood stall there which opens only at night. A must try ! 7-11 is just opposite. No swimming pool, no electric kettle and no bath tub - I don't mind. To avoid hassle, bring my own electric kettle and adaptor. The hotel restaurant has good food with a live band, except that you have to pay an additional 17% to your bill. Great that the hotel has changed its card to a new one showing the locations of its neighbouring Emerald Hotel, Robinson, Carrefour. Once you flash this card, all taxi drivers will know its location. Although carrefour is near, why walk when a taxi (by the meter) will take you there for just 39 bahts. It also makes more sense to go back by taxi after a shopping spree. Upon request, we were pleased to be issued a key card each for my family of three. Most convenient. Will come back again.

Overall quite Satisfied with the Cleaniness and the Location its pretty near to Huai Hwang MRT..Just 5 Minute Walk..Value For Money.. !

Twice now I've been put in the...
Twice now I've been put in the studio on the 2nd floor in the old wing. Once next to the gym whence some nut started his noisy workout at 5am and woke me up. Another time, some booming noises, like a faraway disco, forced me to change rooms in the middle of the night. Otherwise hotel is perfect for my needs. If only there was a way to specify new wing or anything but the 2nd floor when booking through Asiarooms.

I reserved the room of top of...
I reserved the room of top of view. However, I was disappointed. I had a bad view. This room and the room of the first floor were both bad sceneries. I had a good breakfast. I had good convenience.

The facilities of the hotel is acceptable...
The facilities of the hotel is acceptable as we were staying in the old wing. Have requested the new wing but was turned down. Also the request for 6 rooms with king size bed were not fufilled. Breakfast spread is ok but location is fantastic as there were many amenties around. Mostly massage parlours, PUBs, etc. Shopping would required taxi as it is not within walking distance. This hotels is ideal for guys rather than family. Not likely to stay there again in view of the location & surrounding amenties.

The lady receptionist at the front desk...
The lady receptionist at the front desk who dealt with my check-in was efficient and friendly. I have no complaint at all especially when I was upgraded to a bigger room. The service at the restaurant both in the morning and at night when we had our drinks while the band played was great. The bellboys were also very helpful. Overall you get good value for money.

I have stayed here many times before...
I have stayed here many times before and see no change even though we send comments. Again, the hotel needs to move the shower heads higher in the new wings for a normal size person to take a shower without bending down. Now only a midget can enjoy the shower. The breakfast also needs variation and few more dishes in the Thai food category. The juices are all very high sugar and synthetic. The staff are very friendly as they know me in person but needs to be more courteous to new guests. The internet access cost is very high and needs to be revised. Overall I am always pleased to stay at this hotel.

This hotel mainly stay with Singaporean. ...
This hotel mainly stay with Singaporean. You can hear the Singalish around this hotel. conveinece to take food and 7-11 nearby, Mass subway and entertaining very close with hotel. But the breakfast need be improve, Compare with other hotel in Bangkok in same pirce, most of the breakfast better than Palasso. Overall, I will recommence my friends stay in this hotel with choice away Suhkumvit.
