I had been staying in this hotel...
I had been staying in this hotel for few times with my hubby. Had tried their superior, deluxe n junior suite. All room size is around the same and no bath tub. Deluxe n suite amenities are better. Superior rm no electronic kettle. Service at the reception is getting negative. Really had to brush up on their english and efficiency in checking in. Overall, you get what you pay for. (Budget)

Value for money as against many other...
Value for money as against many other three star hotels. With the exception of not having a swimming pool, it should not deter anyone looking for a reasonable priced hotel which also offers a good breakfast spread. The front ofice and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Hope the hotel keep a record of their frequent guest and offer special preferences and rates in their future return/bookings.

Hotel location is good, located within 5...
Hotel location is good, located within 5 mins. walking distance to the MRT. Front office staff and conceirge were very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely recommend friends to try out the hotel though lacking a swimming pool.

I have stayed here many times before...
I have stayed here many times before but this was the first time in their new wing with newly designed rooms. Overall the new rooms are quite ordinary but a good value for money. Top view studio rooms are quite small, has fancy decor with flat screen TV and DVDs, coffee and tea, complimentary water and wooden floors. The bathroom is a disaster with the shower installed so low that you have to be 4 feet tall to take a proper shower without spilling water outside the tub with curtains. Whoever designed this was a midget. Staff were excellent, lobby was comfortable, internet was on the expensive side and breakfast was quite ordinary as always. Overall the stay was comfortable and I will recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is definitely value for money...
This hotel is definitely value for money in terms of the room and breakfast which was included in the booking. The location is excellent which is only about 5 minutes walk to the underground train station which can connect you to majority of the shopping area plus chakchucha market. Very convenient and hotel staffs are very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is not too tight on budget and do not want to spent too much on accommodation and yet comfortable and convenient. Plus the area is not too crowded with vehicles.

Good place to stay but the water...
Good place to stay but the water in the bathroom was not strong enough (uncomfortable).Well mannered of all staffs wherever which department they are working. Thanks & Chohk Dee na krup!

no hairdryer attached. request of international adaptor not available. breakfast overall ok except fried noodles not as good as my previous stay.wanted to give thumbs up on the service during my 2nd day breakfast where my enquiry to grand palace was attended. can't remember staffs name. 3 involved and finally a lady supervisor in black suit gave a very clear direction to my destination. impressive eventhough it was a busy morning during breakfast time.

We just stayed over a night at...
We just stayed over a night at this hotel. There's no bath tub, just a cubical for showering. Bathroom tiles look dirty. No complimentary coffee & tea in the hotel room. On the other hand, room looks okay and very clean. Service staff at breakfast was polite and prompt. Can't expect much for the price we are paying.
