This is the very first time I...
This is the very first time I have stayed in a hotel that is lower than 5 stars in Bangkok (previous trips having been business trips). The service I received at the Palazzo was as good, if not better than what I have experienced in the past. The front office staff during the evening shifts were particularly helpful and friendly. The porters were only OK. I gave maximum marks for value for money because the room (albeit in the Old wing, which is where asiarooms customers are assigned to) was surprisingly clean, for the rate I paid asiarooms. Although I am only supposed to comment on the hotel, I must add that I found asiarooms to be very professional. I will definitely use asiarooms again and stay at the Palazzo again.

I have stayed in this hotel many...
I have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel and its location is just ideal for me. I like the studio rooms in the new wing very much. The house-keeping staff are the most efficient. However, not so can be said of the front desk staff, except for one or two. Most of them will require training in handling service relations. I had an experience with one who is rude and arrogant, and another who is in-attentive and kept me waiting inspite of being first in the queue to check out. I would however like to commend the night manager, Mr Witthichai Thiangthat. He has been very polite and professional in going about his duties. He did a lot of damage control to cover for the inefficiencies and rudeness of the front desk staff.

Few minutes walk to subway station is...
Few minutes walk to subway station is very useful. Two shopping centers (Robinson, Carrefour) is within a kilometer. However the hotel does not have a swimming pool which is essential in hot climate like Bangkok. Overall, it is a good value for money. (By the way, I found selecting ratings in your webpage above difficult, which may yield your results unreliable)

We have been regular guests in Palazzo...
We have been regular guests in Palazzo for the last 5 years. This time the experience was really bad. The deluxe rooms at the 9th floor (old wing) were really in bad conditions. They urgently required some upgrading. First, the room smells and the bathroom produced all kinds of sounds. Imagine toilet flushes by itself (for both myself and my colleague rooms). Water heater was not working properly and the phone in the my room was down too. My colleague have to request for a change in room after the first night. No sure about the rooms in the new wings but for the old wings, for sure i would not recommend to anyone.

Its a good location,just 3 minute walk...
Its a good location,just 3 minute walk to subway station & 10 minute walk to shopping mall! It's clean in the room, helpfull staff,great buffet breakfast!But we can't get hairdry & iron inthe room!This my first choice when back to Bangkok!!!!!
