I'd say the hotel is just okay....
I'd say the hotel is just okay. I was in Bangkok for only one day, and this hotel is quite far from the places that I wanted to visit. If your trip to Bangkok is short like a couple of days, I recommend staying somewhere in Riverside or Chinatown for much better transportation to the Grand Palace and the Emeral Pagoda.

This is my third stay at Palazzo,...
This is my third stay at Palazzo, a boutique hotel. The superior rooms are no different than the deluxe one, including the bathrooms. Rooms are quite comfortable and clean. The carpets and bathrooms are showing its age but everything is functional. The buffet breakfast has a good choice. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. The location is not bad...half block from the main Ratchadapisek Road...right behind the Emerald Hotel. Taxis are available in plenty and the airport is just 20 minutes away by expressway. A good value for money.

My second return stay at Palazzo. Most...
My second return stay at Palazzo. Most cabs does not know the location of the hotel but convinence makes one wants to stay at this place. They only have shower minus the bath-tub for the standard room and fo the price I paid recently it is considered pricy. Front desk staffs could do with a little more smile like the porters and other staffs. Cabs are readily waiting and nothing much one can complain about this quiet hotel. Now they have internet facility and it look like the are also putting up a new wing by year end. Walking out on the right you have the underground metro 5 mins walk, on the right 10 mins walk you have the morning market and later night market, straight for about a good 15 mins walk you have the 3 mega shopping stores. Airport is about 15-20 mins drive.

Stayed at Palazzo for 2 days(April 2006)....
Stayed at Palazzo for 2 days(April 2006). Friendly staff. Very accomodating. Parking next door. 10 minutes from excellent restaurants. 5 minute walk to MRT. 10 Minutes MRT ride to Asoke(Suk.)station. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed there for one night only.Not...
I stayed there for one night only.Not a bad place, but not suitable for families. sorounded by massage parlours. very handy to get to the airport if you have early flight (which i had). underground station is only 5 minutes away. reception staff were pleasant. i did not use any other service apart from massage which was rather expensive as compare to central bangkok.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel!...
A very pleasant stay at this hotel! Fantastic service and they serve good breakfast. There is internet for easy usage. Furthermore, transport is easy and convinient. Will definitely be my choice of hotel in Bangkok. ^^

location it's good that near MRT no#3...
location it's good that near MRT no#3 and night market.Then next door has a house of foots massage, The massagist with great skill. We booking a deluxe room but the bathroom very disappointed...just as well the bed it's comfortable.
