Value for money Hotel
I stayed there for 3D/2N during our company's trip. Checking in for the 12 of us was a breeze as the reception was very efficient and accommodating. Prices displayed for the various tour packages at the Travel Desk at the lobby was very reasonable although we didn't use the service as we had already made our own arrangements. The room was very spacious and has all a traveller may need. The water in the shower however could have used more pressure. While wifi is available in the room, it is chargeable. Complimentary use of wifi for room guest would have been appreciated.

Good location with lots of massage parlour
This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time we had a good time, so I recommended my friends to stay here. However, this time we had some problems with the water heater and unfriendly house keeper. She was very impatiently and very eager to check the room because we check out at counter earlier as a group (at 10 am). We actually need a few more mins to go toilet and packed up, she can't even wait a min longer, kept banging the door.... very impatiently and unfriendly for a hotel staff to behave like that. Hope next time we stay here, will have better service and friendly staff again.

Staying in Palazzo
1. Location is quite ok as it is near to Huai Kwang MRT station where u can take MRT to Chatuchak Market within 20 minutes 2. Convinient as Seven Eleven is opposite the hotel 2. Food not bad but the breakfast almost the same, have a feeling of not like to go for B1 after 4 days staying 3. The heater of rm 502 and 516 not working 4. No iron and slipper provided

Many Nights in Palazzo
I have been a regular guest at Hotel Palazzo since 2004. The rates i get are very afffordable to a lot of people who wants to stay there. The rooms have recently been renovated and they have remove the carpet and put in wooden floors. The room is big and can easily accomodate another 2 additional single bed. The breakfast is ok with the usual Thai and American fare. The staff is friendly from the counter to the bell boy. There is a 24hr convenient store just outside the hotel which is really good. There is also a very good night market around the corner call Huay Kwang with excellent food and shopping. There is also a MRT around the corner which makes it even more convenient to beat the Bangkok traffic. There is also a lot of night entertainment if you need it.

Hi , you may check my staying period and time for last year till now, i have been staying at this fantastic hotel for quite some times. everything is perfect, But is there any VIP for customer like us ? for long term period if there is VIP card ! i have been recommanding my friend to this hotel, will there be any benefit for people like us too ?

Although it is a nice hotel, pretty...
Although it is a nice hotel, pretty clean and modern, nice room,(no problems there), with a nice restaurant- good buffet to choose from, staff was fairly friendly and it is fairly convient to MTS station. Some of the biggest dissapointments was the price for Internet/computer-use charges in the lobby and also, I was charged for the 2 breskfast meals when in fact, when I booked the room online through asiarooms, it stated that 2 breakfasts were included with the room. Local phone calls from room are not free and are fairly expensive considering Overall, this hotel was good value, but, beware of high charges for Internet use, local phone calls and meals (which should be include with room charge).
