THe room (delux) was spacious and tasteful, the bathroom was huge. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Best buffet breakfast I have ever had - with something for everyone, the staff at breakfast were organised, polite and helpful. Location is great - off the main road but close to MRT. Good value for money. Small pool, but tastefully landscaped. Definatlely go there again.
4 times now i have stayed at this hotel and nothing changes the place is class service is always excellent, breakfast is very good also near the sky train. Its on a quite soi but near enough to nana if thats what you want, one of Bangkoks best kept secrets
First the minor negatives:
Rooms are small for the price (ok for a city hotel)
The pool is on the wrong side, so only receives a little sun
The Dine@7 restaurant used for breakfast can become crowded at peak times
And for the positive:
Superb service
High standard rooms and facilities including housekeeping
WiFi and CAT5 internet access available in the rooms
Restaurant service is superb, food is excellent
Excellent Gym/Spa
Walking distance to the Skytrain for city access
Walking distance to many tailors/restaurants/bars
The only thing that I really noticed, is that I had 2 weeks in a larger room in a hotel in Udon Thani for the same price for a smaller room here. Although this hotel was much better!! I would go again.

Wonderful quiet environment amidst busy city. Room was very clean. Though we were on a non-smoking floor, we notice cigarette smell after we return at end of day. Very good breakfast. BTS within walking distance. The Ploenchit Centre nearby has eating outlets and a supermarket which is excellent. On the opposite side there is a KFC, Pizza Hut and another supermarket in the basement. There is also a pharmacy in this supermarket whose drug prices are cheaper than those from Watsons. I would certainly stay here again.
