Location almost perfect, Thong Lo sky train is very near, but theres no McD or KFC on a walking distance. I'm a muslim while every restaurant nearby just sell pork, so i definitely need McD/KFC.
1st day i get a superior room, everything perfect. 2nd day i move to deluxe room bcos the hotel is fully booked (i only booked 1 day stay, in case the hotel is not good). In the superior room, the kettle (to boil water) is not working, and the window cant close properly. And then i left to Phuket and back to Sawasdee got another superior room with a wash basin not working properly. Overall, there is some minus point, but the positive ones is much more a lot in this hotel.
The staff is really really nice, friendly. Minus point is the travel agent (not part of Sawasdee management) located in the hotel, she doesnt have a good schedule and always come too late. Guest asking direction and places of interest to the hotel staff, while they have lots of things to do with the hotel stuff.
I definitely recommend this Sawasdee for those who travel with limited budget.
