The hotel has very specious rooms & bathrooms,I booked a delux room for 4 days simply for this reason. However,the room that i was given, didn't hv the furnitures (only had a wooden bench)that were shown online. it was supposed to have a kind of sofa with chairs.Anyway, i complained about it to the staff, giving them a print-out of the images of delux rooms that they have put online.The lady staff on the reception had to ask some other, i think senior staff lady, if they have such room. And the senior staff lady said that they have only one such room and its occupied. so they showed me another adjacent room, which was even more speciaous, with an extra bed,But it didn't hv sofa or chairs.it had a bigger wooden bench. Anyway, as i had no other choice, i just moved in there.I was very happy to have such a specious room & bathrooms,Though they need to improve their service and maintance. As i noticed that in the shower, the water just got stuck there every time i took shower, it needs maintance.Their room service was so so, as the room service staff never changed the glasses.In the very first day in the room,there were some pieces of broken glass on the floor & couple of pieces on the bed also,Obiously, the cleaning staff had not cleaned the room properly.Few times their lift/elevator was not working at all, so had to walk up the stairs.The breakfast is not like a buffet. The staff in the restaurant area just ask you, if u want tea or coffee, boiled, scrambled eggs etc and then they they will serve u with a cup of coffee or tea, 2 pcs of bread, butter, jam & egg dish of your choice. This i got on all 4 days.very borning.I had to ask for tissue paper every day i was there in the morning and each time its the same tissue paper, you are given, that is used in the toliet.
Overall,The hotel has Very good specious rooms & bathrooms, But needs to improve their poor service & poor maintance work.
