A bit different than how was described..
At the end I probably can't really complain ( i paid the room 900 TBH) but the room was quite different than how pictured in the website. I had to share the room with a little colony of hunts and the air co was working more as a fan. Also the wall are really thin, so a baby somewhere managed to woke me up in the middle of the night. However the staff was very nice and polite and after 7 hours bus ride the welcoming juice and wet towel was well accepted :) Anyway, I personally would go somewhere else, next time.
Room is near to BTS, very noisy at night.
Distance to shopping area is near but is a bit deep inside to the main road and quite dark and danger during night time to walk back from main road.
We stay in triple room, one king size bed and one single bed. Single bed located beside the door and quite hot because air corn cannot swing to that area.

Good hotel for business.
My first impression is welcome drink with orange juice and cool face towel. The reception is very helpful.
The Best Bangkok hotel is not far from Baiyoke Tower I and II.
For breakfast: They misunderstanding omelet egg with fried egg. When I order fried egg they give me omelet egg.
At night: My room is only a thin wall separated with next room. So I was waked up at night with the noise from bathroom (very near to my bed).

Breakfast rates was unreasonable. very expensive as...
Breakfast rates was unreasonable. very expensive as the foods were served in small portion and not nice at all. front desk service not friendly and they didn't justified clearly what types of rooms that the guests booking for.
The hotel has a +/- good location...
The hotel has a +/- good location but the room was very small. The air conditioner water exit was directly to the bathroom floor making it always with water. The bathroom was also very small. Overall a good hotel if you want to stop for ONE night, not more.

The room where I stayed in was absolutely lovely. I loved the size of the room, it was way too big and beyong my expectations. And I like it. The toilet was perfect too, and I spent a lot of time in the bathroom!

Lousy service, I stayed there for 6 days 5 night(23 - 28 June 2009) every day (except 1st day), need to call the room service to refill the shampoo & toilet paper. They also not mop the floor and clear the rubbish everyday. Ist day I check in ard 2200lt, after staying for 5 days, request late checkout at 1500lt, they also not allow. Would never stay there anymore.

Service is good room is too small...
Service is good room is too small for families breakfast very boring but there's many roadside stalls nearby. Hotel is located at the very end of a long street quite dark at night, but there's some door guards at the MY hotel beside BBK House. Still don't advice to walk it's better to take a taxi or a tuk tuk in, overall BBK house is quite alright ! Service is up to standard ! Thumbs up keep up the quality service BBK house
