firstly it was wonderful stay in ibis hotel,but i would like to inform you that they should provide more continential type of breakfast. their was hardly to choose the morning breakfast, as i know in other hotels that we stayed had many things to provide for breakfast(like pancakes,french toast,various kinds of egg dishes,vegetables salads etc etc).
we were little disappointed the day when we came the second time to this same hotel in the evening, as soon as we entered to our room and i went to the basin to wash my hands and saw that their were broken pieces of glass itself. we immediately called the receptionist and the boy came up to check with the receptionist -without asking any question?? she direcetly asked me to pay 50 batts for the glass charges, and that it was not okay, but when i explained her that we have not done it we saw (as soon we came in the room)- and informed you then she said she will check with the room service peoples who cleans the rooms.
so these was not a right serv. to give the customer-and of course this kind of feeling.
