This hotel was OK. The room was clean-ish. It would have been nice if they put as much effort into the rooms as they did with the lobby/restaurant.
As other comments say, NO taxi drivers know where it is, so make sure you take a business card with the Thai direstions on it!

It was a good stay as the hotel is new and very clean. The location is near to Pratunam market and that was good as we only had to pay 40bahts by cab. It was also very conveniently located on the airport bus route which was a more economical and surprisingly comfortable way of getting to the hotel from the airport.

Overall, above average. The room is tidy, clean, and I love their buffet breakfast.
Front desk staff are polite, but not apply to the others (eg Sight-seeing counter or the housekeeping)
If the internet service could be free of charge 15 mins/day for checking emails, that will be more better.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The lobby and rooms are decorated with style. The room is not very big but cozy, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good. You just dont believe that the hotel at this price provides you expresso in breakfast and you can drink as much as you can. One shortcoming is no swimming pool. Some local said that the location is not convenient. However, as a tourist using taxi as the transport. I really aren't aware of such inconvenience.

Excellent, new hotel in Pratunam, a bit away from the main centre but with bus stand just outside. Two stops to shopping!
Nice, helpful, knowleadgable staff with good english. Prime service supplied.
Everything new and fresh; however bad workmanship, bad finishing. Repairs are going on already, lots of small problems.
Have stayed there a couple of times, will stay there again in the near future.
