The room is quite good for this...
The room is quite good for this low price, but it's a bit noisy for the rooms that is near the main road. There is very limited choice for the breakfast. Also, the worst thing is: most taxi drivers don't know the place. Even when I pay 50b at the airport taxi stand, the taxi driver still don't know how to go there. I can only ask him to go to Century Park Hotel and then walked for 3 minutes to Ibis Siam.

Kinda disappointed with the room. Maybe I compare it with IBIS in europe. Service staff are very good and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was not very clean and have only twin bed in standard room type. The staff offered to combine two bed together to make it big enough for two, but finally the housekeeping staff did not do what they promise to.

The hotel is clean and relatively new....
The hotel is clean and relatively new. Although the location is not very convenient; the nearest BTS is about 15 minutes away, I will recommend it for the value for money.

We asked and got a free upgrade...
We asked and got a free upgrade on the night that we booked for through this website - to the suite. Upon requesting to stay for 2 extra nights we also got a very good rate for the same room. About a 15 minute walk to the BTS which is convenient and efficient. For places that you can't get to via BTS, taxi rides are also very convenient and cheap, although walking 10 metres from the hotel and hailing down a taxi saves you the hassle of the taxi drivers that camp outside the hotel and refuse to use the metre.

Stayed in this htl for 5D4N. Fab htl, considered one of the best value for $$ htls i've been to. Breakfast was good, not a wide range but relatively betta than most other budget htls ard. Room is not huge but more than spacious enough for my gf & me. Toilet, absolutely no complaints, perfectly dry & clean, had a minor prob wif the flushing system on our last day but prob was settled by htl staff within 10mins. Location wise, not ez for cabdrivers to find it as itz pretty new however the htl's signboard in bright red helped alot & most of the time, i juz direct the cab drivers to Century Park Htl & navigate em' from there. Thumbs up for Ibis Siam! Def will consider it for my next trip to BKK!

Enjoyed my 4D/3N stay at Ibis Siam....
Enjoyed my 4D/3N stay at Ibis Siam. About 15 mins walk to the nearest BTS and cabs are easily available. Appreciate the security rendered at the front door especially when alighting from the cab with shopping bags. Despite limited choice at breakfast, the fact that breakfast is available at 2 levels spread out the crowd, making it a good morning to enjoy a slow breakfast. The room is cosy and clean with a fuss-free bathroom. Don't be fooled by the 2-star rating, can easily be deemed as a 3-star hotel.

Very friendly welcome, large breakfast choice and included in room price, efficient room service and cleaning. Only carpets should be changed or deeply cleaned. Otherwise hotel better recommended for business travellers than tourists as it is located in a charmless area (but large street anyway) too far away from Sukhumvit and Kaosan touristic areas.

Mine stay was a plesant & warm feel. Would like to take this opportunity to thank the DUTY manager on duty on 20 January 2007. And the staffs who had been so caring & helpful for assisting calling the doctor when im very sick during the trip had food poison and vomitte 9 times :p anyway really thank you for your great help IBIS staffs really apprecite it alot! Tumbs up for your good & great service!! Hotel is clean and cosy feel. Only problem that we face is the location is abit far due to it's a new hotel alot of taxi driver & tutu ain't sure of the location & refuse to ferry us back. :) other then that it's a pleasure to stay here.
