Hotel location is quite bad, near a Coffin shop (around 2 blocks away). Although along the main road, its near a whole slew of bars and "drink shops", so not very suitable for ladies to walk around; as well as families. Most do not know where the hotel is. Really need the hotel card as well as your own memory. But good thing is that from Central World, just go all the way straight. Timings from the asiaroom webby on walking needs to be changed. Add 5 mins to all the timings that is mentioned. Took ard 25 mins to walk back from Big C to hotel. Service is very good, front desk is friendly and accommodating. Security is quite good, with the guard opening the front seat door and checking the seats for any belongings. Room cleaning was also very good, even helped us fold up our clothes which were strewn all over the room. Breakfast was alright, quite a good spread but limited in deviations, after 3 days, I can memorize the menu. Good value overall, beds and rooms were comfortable.

The hotel is new and contemporary. Nice and decent beds and bathrooms. Service is excellent! I would say it is really value for money compared to other 4 stars hotel with better location. Location wise is not near Siam Sq at all; require 20 mins walk to Platinium Shopping complex at Pratuman. But you can plan the trips in advance and take cabs. Enjoy my stay there, will definately stay again!

After reading the other reviews about Ibis...
After reading the other reviews about Ibis Siam and staying there personally, I must say that my wife and I were not disappointed by it at all. The staff were friendly and helpful. On the first day, the shower water was not hot and they promptly rectified the problem when we informed them about it. We stayed in the superior room and it's spacious and clean. The bathroom was a little cramped though. We had dinner at the hotel for 2 days because the food portions is good and the prices reasonable. Breakfast was decent but they don't really change the variety so be prepared to eat almost the same kind of food for whatever number of days you will be staying. The massage services at the nearby spa was fantastic and the service was excellent! Highly recommended! The name is Lift Modern Beauty and Spa and it's just down the road, near to T Seafood restaurant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be staying there again on our next visit. Thanks Ibis Siam for making our trip a memorable one.
