access to public transportation
The hotel is a medium quality facility which somewhere could have some repairs or refreshment but is quite good value for money. The bathroom was fine and fortunatelly no insects noticed in the building. The staff is nice and helpful, breakfasts offer a variety of tastes, so probably everybody can find something for him. Located along a street with high traffic remains quite calm and quiet. Poor access to public transportation seems to be the main disadventage especially if you plan to do some trips without taxi or tuk-tuk. Good street food nearby ;) Free wifi could also be a standard...

Have stayed here 3 times in last 5 years. Quality has been uniformly good. Clean room and reasonable prices. Now that the airport rail link is complete - also very convenient to get to the airport. Only comment is that the minibar contains selection of hard liquor and packet of condoms - which may not be suitable for a family stay!

The hotel is too far from BTS(Sky Train Station), u have to pass through the Ram Nam, almost 15-20 minutes walking. Also majority taxi drivers not familar with the name of the hotel. Hard to get a taxi back especially after a tired shopping day.
Important reminder, pls do not take any taxi in-front of the hotel!!! If need any, just get help from the front desk. They are helpful especially the bellboy.
Hotel also filled with 'dark skin' people...personally dislike that.

Nice room and service, but a bit out of the way
The staff is friendly and helpful. Very patient with giving directions. The hotel itself is not very near to Pratunum Centre, by foot it's about 15 minutes walk.

Perfect stay for one night
It was our last night in Bangkok, before going back to Europe. We chose this hotel because of location and price. It is close to the main shopping areas and on a good position to and from the airport.
We enjoyed the night and breakfast and found that service (front-desk and security) was very good.
Would recommend to everybody looking for a reasonable stay.

everything is good except that the mattress is very thin and stiff, not very comfortable. location is a bit far from skytrain station but can take bus there. it is cheaper to cab around especially if more than two people.

very affordable and worth it hotel!
The only thing is that its quite a long walk to the nearest bts station,about 15min, but walking is fun, i got to eat a lot of street foods, it is very near to a covenient store, atm, and there is a legal and ok travel agent just beside the hotel, we booked our floating market experience there and it is very worth it. All seasons siam is definitely good! I will definitely come back! The bathroom has a good water condition, the breakfast is okay, but it could be improved and have more varieties. I can say that the 3k baht i paid for 4days and 3 nights is definitely and uberly worth it. ;p

Customer service
Very friendly and helpful customer service.
During a 2 week stay outside of Bangkok they stored some of my luggage. Since I returned 1 day later than expected they complimentarily shifted my reservation without further charges -- in accordance with AsiaRooms.

The location is not very far from...
The location is not very far from airport link subway station, and from the pratunam market. Maybe this is quite a good hotel if you're looking for a business hotel near pratunam area. But if you don't do any business around pratunam area maybe it's not a best choice because it's located in a crowded trafic area and mostly trafic jam everyday.
