Have stayed here 3 times in last 5 years. Quality has been uniformly good. Clean room and reasonable prices. Now that the airport rail link is complete - also very convenient to get to the airport. Only comment is that the minibar contains selection of hard liquor and packet of condoms - which may not be suitable for a family stay!
The hotel is too far from BTS(Sky Train Station), u have to pass through the Ram Nam, almost 15-20 minutes walking. Also majority taxi drivers not familar with the name of the hotel. Hard to get a taxi back especially after a tired shopping day.
Important reminder, pls do not take any taxi in-front of the hotel!!! If need any, just get help from the front desk. They are helpful especially the bellboy.
Hotel also filled with 'dark skin' people...personally dislike that.

Perfect stay for one night
It was our last night in Bangkok, before going back to Europe. We chose this hotel because of location and price. It is close to the main shopping areas and on a good position to and from the airport.
We enjoyed the night and breakfast and found that service (front-desk and security) was very good.
Would recommend to everybody looking for a reasonable stay.

everything is good except that the mattress is very thin and stiff, not very comfortable. location is a bit far from skytrain station but can take bus there. it is cheaper to cab around especially if more than two people.

During a 2 week stay outside of Bangkok they stored some of my luggage. Since I returned 1 day later than expected they complimentarily shifted my reservation without further charges -- in accordance with AsiaRooms.

Only one small problem with one of the reception staff ( evening staff male) giving us the wrong information.
We asked one of the staff about what time does the Pantip shop close, because we wanted to buy a air card for our laptop. He hesitated and said 10.00pm. When we arrived at the Pantip shop at 20.56 The store had already closed.!!
Other than that this hotel four seasons is great hotel.
I want to say a big thank you to one of the morning staff ( lady at the reception desk) who arranged us a taxi to the airport. And a big thank you to all of the breakfast staff because they all had a good smile and that made our holiday in BKK worth while.

Ibis is a budget chain of the Accor group (Novatel etc) and this is one of a couple in Bangkok. Their hotels are safe, clean, comfortable and simply furnished,this is no exception. Friendly,though busy staff. Breakfast adequate. The BTS at Victory Monument is a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away. There are good restaurants in Soi Rangnam, a 5 mn. walk. Watch out for Taxi touts outside the hotel. Recommended for budget travellers.
