This is a very swish business class...
This is a very swish business class hotel, which is the only one in the immediate proximity of the new Suvarnabhumi airport. From the airport you can see the hotel a few hundred metres away; although it only takes a few minutes to walk there is nbo obvious route; you have to find your way through a car park. It's better take the courtesy bus. The facilities and rooms are as one would expect from this price hotel. My only negative comment concerns the bar pricing. A beer, already priced at 200 BHT (!) was billed with a 10% service charge and tax added on top. I expect the price on the menu to be the price.

It is not easy to rate this...
It is not easy to rate this hotel in comparison to others as it should be in a category all of its own - it is neither leisure nor business. As far as airport hotels go it is convenient, efficient, value for money when you book through AsiaRooms and basically a very pleasant layover experience. Be prepared to pay well above the average Thai price for all the 'extras' like food, internet, etc. There is a fridge in your room, but it is not stocked - ordering from the bar is VERY expensive - buy your own stock at the airport. Minimum wireless internet time you can buy is 12 hours, but if you just want to check email there are 'booths' available in the foyer - not very convenient but at a fraction of the price. Biz Centre - pleasant environment, friendly and efficient staff TV - very poor selection of english language channels Shuttle service 24 hours and on call - no waiting or pre-arrangement

Some front desk reception is not helpful...
Some front desk reception is not helpful to assist to solving problems. In my case, as I have wrongly booked my hotel stay on 1 day later, they just insisted that I should pay again for my earlier check in day as walk-in guest ( at a much higher rate per day). Smell comes out from the sewage drain pipe in the bathroom. Water leaked out of the shower bath glass room during shower.Suggest to have convenient slipper for guest in room.

This is a decent airport hotel. There should be a direct link to the terminal rather than a shuttle but maybe that will happen when the airport is completed. The reception desk is curiously far from the main entrance and is not obvious when you enter the hotel. On both occasions when we checked out there were long lines at the reception and more staff should have been on duty. The room is fine. The restaurants provided a good choice and the meals we had were good value. Breakfast offers an excellent choice and plenty of fresh options.

Excellent room and service with a wide...
Excellent room and service with a wide choice of eating venues. Shuttle service was good but could be better signed at the airport. Fitness centre and pool were international standard. Thank you to Asia Rooms for suggesting it to us.

Brand new hotel, very nice, big room,...
Brand new hotel, very nice, big room, nice bathroom. Nice restaurants, good food and good service. Very good location if you arrive late in the airport and have to go early in the morning. They make you pay for the location. Price is pretty high for thailand but a gift compare to most countries for this quality.
