I stayed one night at the hotel...
I stayed one night at the hotel because I had an early flight out of Bangkok and it was convenient. I would suggest more signs in the airport with directions to the walkway. I never did find it, but a friend did. She had to look all over to find it. The staff at the reception desk didn't seem too sure of what they were doing, but I guess that will improve because the hotel was so new when I was there. All-in-all, it was very clean and comfortable and although I am on a tight budget, I would stay there again if I had an early flight out of Bangkok.

Overall the hotel was good. We stayed there 1 night before flying back to Australia and enjoyed the place, it is very handy for the noew airport and is a very clean and new hotel. The only dissatisfaction was caused by the supremely incompetent front of house staff taking the bookings, for so many staff check in time was ridicously long. But i must say the international had an excellent buffet and the rest of the staff were very polite and helpful. Also, for such an international hotel (novotel) there was not 1 english channel on the satelite TV.

is only hotel near the airport. The staff are superb. I came after having my passport stolen at new airport. Ben Pearce of the front desk staff was super helpful and kind to me.
Hotel itself is beautiful to look at but boring.
Not much in the way of entertainment. They had not completed cable contract. I stayed there for 6 days with no decent movie channels, just Thai, German and French utterly boring place. Taxi from hotel costs 400 baht too expensive
and no personal radio.
The european food is hopeless. Buffet dinner 770 baht
and very limited choice, same for breakfast buffet pretty ordinary. I would visit again if they improved the tv and had some shopping nearby.
