Convenient Location
Great location for catching an early morning flight. Just walk to the check-in counters at the airport within 5 minutes. Don't bother with the free shuttle unless you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is very pricey with ridiculously high wifi rates of 200 Baht an hour. Drinks and food are also overpriced. You are better off to walk through the underpass to the airport and grab some food there. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and very clean and spacious bathrooms. No flat panel TV, not even an ice bucket. If you can afford it, stay there for convenience only. Great pool!!

This is an excellent choice for a...
This is an excellent choice for a stay in transit when you don't have good connecting flights. The soundproofing in the rooms is good...there is no airport noise at all. Room service was very good. The fitness center was well equipped with the latest exercise equipment and the spa was a wonderful experience for getting over the jet lag. It's a little annoying that you have to pay for Internet.

We stayed at the Novetel Suvaranabhumi Airport...
We stayed at the Novetel Suvaranabhumi Airport for 2 nights as the start of a 2 week stay in Thailand. We arrived late at night and due the political unrest in Bangkok we decided to chill out before moving to our accommodation closer to Bangkok centre. We cannot find fault with the hotel - Room was super clean, breakfast was great, close to airport with short term shopping - but .... the fridge would not work in the room - Staff brought a new fridge but it was not much better. Had to make do with ice bucket.

We opted to pay the extra and...
We opted to pay the extra and book an VIP Executive room. Not sure we could justify the difference. Possibly a slightly bigger room with breakfast in a private lounge area. You could probably book a very nice slightly smaller room with a bigger buffet breakfast in the main restaurant and save a few dollars.

The hotel is ideally located right at...
The hotel is ideally located right at the Airport. When arriving late in the evening and needing to depart the next morning staying in this hotel makes much sense. Overall quality is good. However in any other place this hotel would be considered heavily overpriced. Room rates are high and 700 Baht for just an average breakfast for instance is maybe not outrageous in Europe, but in Thailand it is. Check-in at 11 February between 2200 and 2300 was extremely show. Two people were available for many arriving passengers. For us the whole procedure took half an hour. Staff excused themselves saying there was not enough personnel. The hotel is the only real airport hotel; all the others are relatively far away. So there is no competition and you pay for that.

Satyed here on a trip to Phuket...
Satyed here on a trip to Phuket and did not really have the time to get right into Bangkok before our flight the next day so decided to stay here. What a beautiful Hotel the Staff were amazing it was so clean and the Food and Service Fantastic. Would reccomend this hotel for anyone arriving in Bangkok.

We stayed overnight at the hotel, it was a very pleasant experience. Our luggage was stored while we took a side trip for a few days, excellent service as was all of the services throughout the hotel. Top spot, right at airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the...
My husband and I stayed at the Novtel Suvarnabhumi Hotel on our way home from an exciting, fun trip to Thailand. The hotel was a wondeful end to our trip. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. We ate the buffet dinner that had a huge selection of every kind of food you could imagine. The food was excellent. We had an early morning flight and the shuttle van was right on time to take us to the airport. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.

My wife and I only had one...
My wife and I only had one night at the hotel ,we found the hotel very good value for money. The breakfast was one of the best we have had and the service was 10 out of 10
