This is a great hotel. It is clean and beautiful, both the lobby and the rooms. The staff is very attentive. The hotel is very convenient to the new airport and has a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

WHAT A LOVELY SUPRISE THIS HOTEL TURNED OUT TO BE. HOTEL IS ADJACENT TO THE NEW AIRPORT AND FOR ANYONE LIKE OURSELVES WITH AN EARLY FLIGHT TO CATCH AN OVERNIGHT (OR LONGER) STAY HERE SHOULD NOT DISAPPOINT. IN FACT, WE LIKED IT SO MUCH, I WOULD EVEN SUGGEST BUILDING A NIGHT OR SO INTO ANY FUTURE ITINERARY IN THAILAND.WELL DONE NOVOTEL

We stayed overnight on Dec,8th 2006 passing through. We were greatly impressed with the hotel, certainly one of the best we have stayed in. The ambience was superb. The Buffet Dinner was fantastic, eat as much as you like. There was no way one could walk to the hotel, the underpass will allegedly be built in 4 years time. No body can see this being completed,the shuttle bus is superb and only takes minutes. We would certainly stay again. Richard & Mavis Munday.

The hotel has a very nice athmosphere...
The hotel has a very nice athmosphere and good restaurants. We loved the pool area, but there should have been a couple of moore sunbeds. The shuttle bus from and to the airport makes it easy to choose this hotel the next time we visit Bangkok.

This is a perfect place to stay...
This is a perfect place to stay for a stopover prior to using Bangkok's Airport. It is at present the only Hotel within a mile of the Airport therefore can charge slightly over the odds but the standards are excellent - clean, fresh, very impressive rooms. You have a choice of places to eat and also a tranquil Thai-style pool & sunlounger area in the centre of the complex. Far better than any Novotel I have come across in the UK!!!

This was a huge beautiful new hotel....
This was a huge beautiful new hotel. Great pool area and gym. They did a wonderful job of getting you checked in and out in a timely manner. Also had food available for those that had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight. We had no complaints.

The hotel does not have a convienience...
The hotel does not have a convienience store. If you want anything other than the goods provided in the mini bar you have to walk to the airport. The massage facility is excellent. The steak at the Square was the best I had in Thailand.
