Novotel is a good hotel, very conveniently located, they provide free shuttle to airport which is really good when you travel with lots of luggage, or you can just walk to airport which is 2 minutes away. Room was very good, good size, clean, great bathroom. The only thing whih didn't impress us was the service in Novotel. It looks like they hired totally unexperienced staff. It takes ages to check in, reception staff is slow, they are trying to be helpful but they forget half of the things. My husband was leaving very early morning and we asked to prepare breakfast box as we realised that restaurant will not be open yet. We were told that this can be done, but when I phoned to reception in the evening to confirm, they said that this is impossible and my husband has to come to their coffee shop (where somebody will serve him at any time they said) to eat something. I also called to room service and explained situation to them hoping they may do something. But when he came downstairs to reception in a morning, he was simply told that this is too early, so he cannot have anything. So, he left hungry, and when I was checking out later and asked why this has happened, the receptionist told me that he is really sorry but he forgot to mention to us that we can order breakfast to the room at anytime free of charge. Ok, but why room service didn't tell me that either when I called them? So, no one knows anything, they apologize but it too late, they are not helpful, and service overall needs to be improved. Otherwise this is a good hotel.
