Great place to be staying. Nearer to Suan Lum Night Market. 2min walk to Chong Nongsi station. The price is = to the stay, reasonable and comfy.

The hotel is very new, in a good location, close to skytrain. Overall it's very nice furniture and even suround tv/dvd. But a few things why I will never come again.
I had a deluxe room. Even there was only a 1.4 m queen size bed. too small for 2 people. The curtains are not dark. at 6 a.m. the sun was shining in the room and no way to make it really dark. The windows are not good either, it's rather noisy from the surrounding streets and is hot immediatly after aircon is off. aircon has remote control but is also very noisy. Also breakfast is very bad. So even the price is ok for the luxury furnishing, it doesn't make up the bad things for me. So I will certainly not go there again.

Over all the place was new, clean and convenient for sightseeing. I will stay at the place again as long as the hotel fee is not raised a lot.
Two complaints I just want to mention. 1. to the Unico Grande place: They never fixed the internet service, neither wired (at room) or wireless (at lobby). I couldn't connect to the net at all and they recommended to go to the internet cafe. They do not have Business Center either. Please do not expect their internet service if you need it. If the service is fixed, it is a great place to stay for business.
2.to Asiaroom.com: Since no location map on your website (Asiaroom.com), it took an extra time and cost to get the place. Their address was simple but hard/complicated to find the place. Taxi driver in BKK will never find it easy!! Fortunately, I called Asiaroom.com to know of the place's phone number (no phone # was mentioned in the website either!) beforehand, I gave a call to the place registration a few times to get the place finally.

during our stay for three months in thailand we started at unico. upon arrival, we were upgraded to a one-bedroom-suite which was absolutely nice and well furnished. although the hotel is still in a setup period (september 2006) the friendly staff did the utmost to keep disturbances as low as possible. we liked it very much, so that we came back a second time, where we were even upgraded to a bigger suite. overall, we will return in october and november and will definitely stay at unico. we would recommend this hotel to friends.
