all staffs are very polite & friendly. we are early on arrival to check in.to my surprise,the management upgrade our room & allow us to check in within half hr.the service provided is worth the value.

We love this place! The BTS is 10 minutes walking distance. The bell service and receptionists were excellent. The security is very well, and our rooms were very clean and big. We were being upgraded and had all the amenities (dishes, cups, washer) which made us so comfortable like home. The breakfast was nice, and the restaurant people were so friendly! We would stay there again because it's better than a hotel!

We were very pleasantly suprised by the level of amenities provided in these suites. Our stay was in Jan 2007. We were given newly refurbished rooms in tower B.

We had a 2 bedroom corner room. The room was reasonable in size with separate shower (big enough for 2) and bath in the en suite bathroom.
Rooms were clean and service was good.
Location is relatively quiet, although construction ongoing behind apartments (which stops at night).
Breakfast was a regular buffet style but the quality was better that I have experinced in many other hotels.
I would certainly recommend and chances are I will stay there again.
