My family & I stayed at this hotel (2 bedroom suite) from 17th-21st Mar '08. The room is spacious with kitchen and living room. But it would be better if there are 2 washrooms provided in the room. Location wise, very strategic for those who love to shop. Walking distance to Pantip Plaza, Platinum mall and Pratunam market. Golf cart is provided if u wish to go to Siam Paragon. You can either walk or take tuk-tuk to MBK. What I love most about this hotel is that they have in-house spa and travel agent. One of the travel agent, namely Mayuri was really helpful. Thanks Mayuri for making our trip memorable. Area for improvement; 1. Pls provide kettle in each room, we have the kitchen but we don't have kettle. 2. Send your staff for English Language class, they can't even understand what a kettle is. 3.Breakfast menu should change everyday. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. TQ

My friend and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It's certainly value for money. Buffet breakfast is decent, though not much variety, but we are ok with that. Good location...5 minutes walk to nearest skytrain train station, 5-10 minutes walk to Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Centre and Baiyoke II Tower (Bangkok's tallest building...must go, you won't regret the experience!:)) and free transport to Siam Paragon. If you have time must go for the spa and thai massage in the hotel. Guest is offered 50% discount on various spa packages. Beds are clean...no bed bugs! :) However, the aircon is kind of loud, but bearable. The hotel is located on a side lane, a couple of minutes walk away from the main street, hence quiet. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They allow early check in and late check out too. Will definitely stay at this hotel again! :)

Satisfied with asiaroom's service. This hotel is very suitable for budgeted travelers and convenient for shoppers. The room is clean but need to upgrade as can see the furniture and structure were worn out. The staff is very friendly. Overall is good.

big difference between the photos of asiarooms.com n real rooms. very run down. looks dirty. but staffs are friendly. limited choices for breakfast. rooms are sparsely decorated. not really value for money. feel kinda cheated though. cos i thought the rooms will be like what is shown in the website.

Hotel location is convenience to travel to the Rajatevee Skytrain station (walking distance within 10 mins). You can also take the tractor to travel to Siam Paragon.
Value for money and good for buget travelers. Breakfast is acceptable.

This hotel has a great location for shoppers. It just takes a 5 min walk to the Pantip, Platinum and the Big C is just opposite Platinum. The service provided by the hotel staff is great and they can speak fluent English. The breakfast provided is normal. However, I agree that the room needs renovations badly. Some of the switches can be seen protruding out. The mirror and other facilities are in very bad condition. Also, the room does not have a water boiler. The bed is big for a double one. I would say that this hotel is good for budget travellers.

The Room condition was quite clean but a little old. Location was great for people who likes to go to the wholesale market like platinum mall and pratunum market or even IT mall beside. If you want to take Skytrain was just 10 mins walk away. The Service was excellent, and they always carry a smile to brighten your days! Worth Staying.

We stayed there for 3 nights and we were satisfied with the services by the staff there. Everyone one of them are friendly and very helpful. Arranging transport to other places through the hotel is easy too.
Breakfasts is almost the same everyday with one or two new dishes but it's good so got no problem with that. The corridors and rooms look abit old, there's no scenery to see from the windows, all u see is rundown buildings n etc.
The best thing abt this hotel is the location. It's only a 7-8 mins walk to reach Siam Paragon n from there to other shopping malls is so convenient. Good 4 those who love shopping. There's also free transport near the hotel to Siam Paragon. But be aware that most of the cab n tuk-tuk drivers got a hard time finding the hotel, rem to provide them a map of the hotel. And we hv to pass thru a gate whenever we walk to n fro from the hotel to Siam Paragon, take note tt the gate closes at 10pm or else the guard won't let u pass.
Overall, we r very happy with the hotel and will definitely go back again if we r looking for budget stay. Good for those who r looking for budget hotels n good location.

Hotel staff are friendly and can speak English well. Good location. Near most shopping areas. For Muslim visitors, there is a Halal Restaurant at First Hotel across the road. Bed and toilet are clean and that is most important. Recommended for budget travellers and those who just need a place to rest and sleep.
