Excellent Stay
Firstly, I've read many mixed reviews of this hotel.
I booked the Deluxe room and was very pleased with the accomodation.
It looks exactly like the pictures shown on the website. Bathroom maybe slightly small, but it didnt affect anything.
Buffet breakfast is limited but still satisfying.
Staffs are all very friendly and helpful.
Location of the hotel is perfect! Its right in the middle of all the shopping areas!
10minutes walk to Platinum Shopping Mall and the hotel provide free buggy ride to Siam Paragon, which ends at 10pm. Walking to Siam Paragon is only 7minutes.
I highly recomend printing the map at their website for taxi drivers to follow.
Since the hotel is located in the alley of the main road. It is still safe to walk back during late nights. I noticed that the buildings in that alley still have their night lights on and their security guards are all looking out.
7-11 store just nearby the hotel.
Many road side stores and casual dining restaurant nearby too.
Tried their body scrub massage at their Spa, it was amazingly good! Very relaxing and serene!
We were late for our appointment which resulted in them having to work overtime, yet they were still very nice and didnt mind at all. Cost only 1100baht per person, due to in-house promotion.
The only dislikes of this hotel are the outdoor seating area, has lots of mosquitoes.
Their corridors to the rooms have no surveillance cameras, and lightings are slightly too dim.
From the reviews, read about the lift breaks down often, however, it didnt happen during my stay.
Overall, I think this hotel is a great find! Just be sure to book the Deluxe room!
