Too small, ugly, and with ant problems. We got a room with a really bad ant problem, changed into a better room which turned out to have many ants as well, we buyed some bug spray and we were fine, but check some other places first, theres many other nice hotels around.
Arrived at 5am after a 10 hour drive from Koh Samui. The receptionist firstly ignored us all together then after some "talking" too, spoke to us. He then refused to believe we had a reservation made until I could show a copy of the email recipt. Eventually got our room keys. The rooms are tiny, dirty, unsecured, loud and crawling with insects. Throughout our stay we encountered the cheek and unpleasantness of the staff and their complete incompetence to do their jobs. Stay anywhere else but here. Anywhere.
It's cheap so you will get what you pay for. When I checked in, my room bed had stained sheets from the previous guests night before activities but when I asked them to change and give me clean ones they did this without hassle.The room was not too clean. It appears a bit run down and needs some paint and the damp walls can be fixed as well. Stray cats run through the corridor. I stayed one night.I would recommend it if you are extremely on a tight budget but there are other places with similar rooms that are in better condition.
the actual room & pic published on the web totally diferent, its tiny & dirty. they not allowed us to upgrade the room too, because the bed too small, its smaller than queen size bed, 2 persons are very hard to sleep. night shift staff very unfriendly, no smile face.
The room and breakfast were good value and the staff were always very helpful. The bathroom facilites aren't brilliant but it's in a good location for exploring Bangkok. The bar, internet and laundry services were all reasonably priced. I would recommend the hotel for budget travellers.
The only good piont was the frieandy and helpfull staff. otherwise the place was a total let down for me. the room was so small that i up graded to a better room. however this was just as bad in size and condition. rooms very taty. bathroom/shower room VERY small and taty. over all a total disapiontment. and would not recomend this place to anyone.
