Dissapointment
I had stayed previously at the Furama Asoke on soi 21 and that was a great hotel. Thinking my experience here would be similar, I decided to stay 3 nights. It was far different. The staff here were not that friendly, the breakfast was quite basic, it was not a full buffet breakfast. You had to put in your order for bacon, eggs, hash brown etc. and you get very small portions. The main road (Sukhumvit) was quite far from the hotel. They have a courtesy 3 wheeler that takes you to the main rooad but this is only up to 5pm. Wifi signals were not that strong in the room, you had to stand near the room door to get a stronger signal. When my wife & I came back to the hotel from a night out, th security guy embarrased & insulted us by asking my wife her ID. I dont think its a good hotel to stay if you have an Asian background. The guests are rude & with the Arabic music in the the lobby, you will feel like you are in the Middle East not Thailand. I rather stay ay the new boutique hotels that have newly come up in Soi 1.

The service of the hotel is good.When I walk into the lobby, I feel all the clerk smiling to me. What the hotel need to do is improve popularity among BKK, than you can back to the hotel more quickly by taxi or tu-tu without indicating where the hotel is.

It was actually my second stay in...
It was actually my second stay in this Hotel, have to say that quality was same high as my first stay. Only problem I think is shower. Very difficult to adjust right temperature for water. It is burning hot or freezing cold. (in my first stay same problem)

The staff are really good,well trained and helpfull the room is good value if you book online and get a discount.breakfast well prepared though small selection. wi-fi works.

Hi, actually I was totally satisfied with the room - it was just perfect. Facilities are good and clean (though could have been opened till later time :) ). The only what I would improve is the diversity of your breakfast, in particular juices. Thanks a lot for a very nice hotel and hospitality, Max

This hotel is with good services, nice...
This hotel is with good services, nice and polite staff, very clean hotel room, 5 min walk to BTS station, close to the highway exit, and with restaurants and convenience stores around. Bad things are that the pool is too small for swimming, the floor corridors are like most Bangkok 3-star hotels, not air-conditioned (so there are mosquitos inside the room). The hotel is located inside a small street with limited passengers pavement, and the environment around the hotel is not that nice (but it is nice quiet, no heavy traffic).

+++ Good service. Good breakfast. Clean. Near Sky...
+++ Good service. Good breakfast. Clean. Near Sky Train (5 min walk). Real Finnish Sauna! =) Complimentary snacks & beer/soft drinks every evening at 18:00-19:00. --- Pool is quite small (abt 4m x 6m) and sun shines there only between 11:00-14:00 (in February). Bed was hard as a stone, as I think it is almost in every hotel in Thailand.
