I had a hard time finding the entrance to the facility as its down a small alley and then had a problem finding the lobby as its hidden. The next day a taxi driver also had a hard time finding the facility. The desk clerk tried to get me to pay for the reservation that I had already prepaid. Then wanted me to sign a credit card slip for potential damages I might cause for over 6,000 baht which is almost $200 but I refused and after a short argument she gave me a room key. I had to park on the 10 floor of the garage and then had to walk down 1 flight and take a elevator to the ground floor and then walk to the other side of the building to take another elevator to my room. The breakfast buffett was small but adequate. There were 3 TV but with few channels to pick from. Didn't have a decent news channel such as FOX news and no movie channels. Had to watch a Thai soap show in Thai. Probably a good place to live for a long term rental but nor designed for a casual traveler.
