We stayed at the hotel during their "soft opening" so got a great rate for this 5 star hotel. Although the hotel had just opened, we had no bad experiences due to renovatons or everything being new. On the contrary, the rooms were gorgeous, everything spanking new, the service was amazing, the doormen and concierge could not have been more helpful and if you are looking for a hotel with an impressive gym, this is your place. Overall, we LOVED this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is absolutely 5-star grade with very friendly staff. The room is spacious and the attention to details for the guest is outstanding. The standard room is good enough for a couple but certainly not with children. Location wise is acceptable to get on the train but not friendly to strollers.
This is a quality hotel. Strongly recommended for honeymooners!!

The impressive look on the outside sure compliment the interior as well. I would say the furninshings and decor are good but the design of the coffee house lacks a cosy ambience. Staff there are really great, hopefully it stays that way being just newly open. rooms perfect for the business traveller but work desk area too squeezey and the chair needs a plastic sheet for the rollers to move. I sure pity the pretty looking room carpet which is of fine quality. Overall, good for a start but lots to improve....I be back soon.

stayed overnight waiting for early morning flight, booked room the day before and i had know idea what to expect from this hotel, it is the most beautiful place i've ever seen... after being escorted to my room i was astounded by the luxury and oppulance of the accomidation the view of bangkok from the nineteenth floor was stunning the mini-bar very well stocked i'm sure i had the best nights sleep ever in the king-size bed i just wish i didn't have to return to australia the next day i could live in this place forever
this hotel features a business centre , gym and resturant the hotel staff will bend over backwards to help their guests. in future this is where i'll be staying and i'll recommend it to all my friends
