Very happy with inside of hotel . One of the major things that I picked this hotel
Was the swimming pool. But it's not as big as it looked and when I went to have my last
2 days there sitting round the pool there was a major building site opposite which was
So noisy we only stayed there 1 night and moved hotels. The hotel inside was lovely though.

Excellent Service Quality
We are family of 4 adults and stayed in 2 rooms at the Club Floor over 3 nights. The service staff were all very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The response time was also commendable at different stations in the hotel.

Almost Perfect
One thing that really irritates me about the big chain 4 & 5 star hotels is their insistence on charging you for using the Internet. Its a damn rip off high speed internet now costs peanuts yet they want to charge every client about $30 a day for usage. The smaller or independent hotels give it to you for free. I would rather go and find a cafe somewhere and use them than sit in my room surfing at a huge premuim.
Its time that the big hotels took notice and stopped trying to screw every extra dime out of their clients!!!!!
Besides that gripe everything else about this hotel was great

Excellent
Thoroughly enjoyed the Grande Millenium and would have no hesitation in booking again. Very friendly and helpful staff and the food was excellent. Could not ask for a better location in Sukhumvit for shopping access to the sky trains and entertainment. Loved it!

Good stay!
Centrally located with easy access to subway right in the heart of Sukumvit. Rooms are clean and modern. Service staff friendly and knowledgeablel. Happy hour deals at the bar not to be missed especially Carlsberg beer on tap.

The hotel is well appointed and a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. centrally located in Sukhimvit and accessible to all forms of transportation. THe staff is helpful and responsive from the point of check in to check out. Great gym and pool facilities. Take the tour guide if you are visiting out of town activities. The hotel has its own crew that will take you around. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone,,, but don't visit in July/August.. it is blistering hot then..

Very nice 5 Stars hotel with a...
Very nice 5 Stars hotel with a top service, the room are nices, well furnished. Situation is good too, have BTS at 300 meters and metro just at 50 meters.
