Very welcoming, spoke relatively good english. Room was a good size but were given a twin room when we requested a double. Showers and taps slightly dodgy and the water has a slightly funny odour. Good for the price, but not great for transport links to central Bangkok, you will need a taxi, to the nearest station is around 70-80 baht. Restaurant food was very disappointing, our dinner was cold, and although breakfast is included you will have to share it with the ants.
Overall good value for money, very comfortable beds. We only booked one night initally but ended up staying longer so despite its flaws it is still a nice place to stay.
