Situated in the heart of the city...
Situated in the heart of the city inside a quaint quiet lane with the convenience of a free tuk tuk service to the main road is a plus. Design of the hotel is modern and chic, everything feels spanking new from the carpets to the bed. Service is commendable from the concierge to the reception. Operations are run very tightly and the team have surely gotten their act together - congrats. Breakfast is nothing to shout about but enough to get you going for the morning. I hope this does not turn out to become another tourist class hotel packed with busloads full of noisy tourists.

The location is excellent, so close to Nana BTS. The tuk-tuk service is quick and will only take 2 mins to pick up or drop off. The tuk-tuk will pick you up even when you are walking down the road! It is a good walk but the road is closed at one end so traffic is limited. The end of the road is so close to the BTS. Its busy at the top of the road but has restaurants, massage parlours and 7/11 so all the things you need.
Breakfast has improved hugely from the other comments I read before I went. There is a selection of rice/noodle dishes, juices, cereals, fruits and toast. Enough of a choice now to suit most needs and toast is made as you want it.
The studio room was comfortable, very clean and as its all so new in excellent order. Lots of hot water and room was kept very clean each day.
The restaurant is small but perfect for a late snack or simple room service and reasonably priced.
I would stay there again.

A great serviced apartment hotel. Really nice room with everything in it. A bit of a walk up and down the Soi but there is free transport available, if you need it to the junction of the Soi and and Sukhumvit.
I tried the Italian opposite 7/11 'Via Vai' it is called. The Saturday lunch special is really good value too.
The usual hassels with taxis though. I checked with a taxi driver outside the hotel what his charge would be to the airport and he said 500Bht.Cheaper than the hotel Limo service which starts at 1,200Bht. Anyway I said to the taxi driver ' does this include toll charges?' He replied with an emphatic yes. So come time to go the airport he was waiting out the front. I hopped in looking forward to the hassel free drive to the airport....surprise ..surprise he had no money for the first toll and obviously the second..so I paid.
Not the money but the principal of it. So watch the
taxis outside. Amazing how many places I have been too and enjoyed only to have it all soured by a taxi driver. Still this being as it was I will definitely stay at Citadines Soi 8 again. A top hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days. Our main problem with the hotel was with their hot water system. They hardly had any hot water at all, and so we were stuck with luke warm showers for 7 days. This was bearable for the first few days, as the weather was quite hot and humid. However, towards the end of our stay, it rained and was a bit cooler in the evenings. So, coming back to the hotel for a cold shower was not something that we looked forward to.
The hotel's free tuk-tuk service from the hotel itself to the nearest skytrain stain, Nana, was a must, as the hotel was situated so far away from the main road. This was great, however we needed to call them each time we wanted them to pick us up from the station and take us back to the hotel.
In saying all of this, there was a highlight to the hotel, and this was in it's restaurant! The staff there were very friendly and always made us feel very welcome. They made an effort to change the breakfast menu everyday and always kept both the utensils and eating areas clean.

Service was great. Staff were friendly and accomadating. The tuk tuk service to the main raod was fantastic and was a free service. The room was modern and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I can clearly recommend this hotel. The roomas have a perfect design, not wasting any space. The staff is friendly and helpful. All rooms are equipped with free Ethernet network. There is as well a free wifi area close to the receiption.
The skytrain is in walking distance, you will find plenty of good restaurants in walking distance.

I had Left my Passport at Pattaya Hotel, which i realised will Check in at this Hotel. I was willing to go back and get it but the staff insisted me not to take the trouble of going back and that they will coordinate and get it for me.

The hotel had free internet in room(bring your own laptop) and tuk tuk shuttle service to the train station. It is also conveniently located near 1 7/11 convenience store. The room has everything you need less the toothbrush and toothpaste which I forgot to bring! Other than that, the room was great! It is 2 BTS station away from centralworld plaza and pratunam. Lots of good restaurants and pubs nearby too. Enjoy your stay!
