This hotel is perfectly situated in the hub of Bangkok night life and business district.
Allows for work during day and play by night.
Hotel studio apartments are very well equipped if you want to make your own meals.
Pool, gym laundry all good.
Service was friendly and helpful.

I can really recommend the hotel. It is located in a nice neighborhood, great night life nearby. Rooms are modern, clean with facilities as internet, DVD, etc available for free. The small restaurant is good for coffee and breakfast. Real value for money.
Overall comfortable and good value. Handy for local public transport (Skytrain and MRT at Asok). The nearby famous, 'Soi Cowboy' and massage parlours along the street attracts visitors interested in these services, hence my lower award for 'family friendly'.

A modern and comfortable hotel perfectly located in the Sukhumvit area. Spacious and well maintained studio apartments with all mod-cons including CD player. Citadines 23 offers a safe and tranquil environment as Bangkok pulsates all around. I could not fault it and I look forward to my next stay there.

Citadine Hotel on Soi 23 is an excellent hotel...especially for the value. full applianced kitchen, couch and just a very nice boutique hotel not real fancy but clean and roomy. Staff is very helpful to me. Asia rooms is also an excellent site in which to book your rooms. They were gracious enough to help me when I booked the wrong days for my stay, as was the hotel. I suggest both of these to anyone going to BKK Thailand.

I stayed at the citadines on soi...
I stayed at the citadines on soi 23 twice on this trip to Thailand, for a total of 5 days. The room was large enough, and could be split into 2 with a sliding partition. It was very well equipt, with LCD TV, DVD, Broadband, kitchenette etc and you can see why it's popular with business travellers. There's a rooftop pool (small) and well equipt gym alongside a laundry room with coin operated machines which was handy. It's secure, with keycards required to use the lifts and the building itself is only a few years old so nothing looks tired. It's only a short walk to asoke for the BTS & MRT (5-10 mins) but if you don't feel like it there's a complimentary tuk tuk service to take you there. Can't comment on the breakfast as i prefer to eat out. Staff were all well professional and spoke good english. All in all for the money I think this is a very good choice and imagine that goes as well for the Citadines on soi's 8, 11 & 16 too.

Great value hotel very modern and clean with friendly staff. only down side is the location as pavements are very poor near hotel. I would go back again.
