I stayed at the hotel for 2 days during May 2009. It was nice at first. However, we do notice that the room is relatively considered miniature and the bathroom door was spoilt.
My friends and me stayed in 2 rooms. Their beds were clean and soft which allures you to sleep with ease every night. However, the aircon in my friend's rooms seems to be malfunctioning. The bathroom is considered a tad old given how the rooms looked new and furnished.
I want to applaud the staffs and their service at grand inn. The staffs there were friendly and offered help to where ever our destination was.
I would highly recommend tourists who like the sights and sounds of the area of Sukhumvit in Thailand. It is also located near Nana BTS which is better than taking a cab as traffic seems to never cease in throughout the city.

We stayed at the Grand Inn Hotel in April and we were pleased by the service rendered by the staff that checked us in. However, I dare not say so for the rest of the staff. Don't expect alot from the breakfast menu, dining area consist of only 3 tables, staff occupied 1 table for their breakfast. Eating in full view of the guests. Orange juice out of stock for 2 days. Positive part is that the hotel is near Nana Station and the walk to and from the hotel is filled with shops and fast food is easily available. Hotel room is clean and spacious.

My stay at Grand Inn was a pleasant one. They have a reasonable size LCD TV with cable channels. Although they could do better with more choices for their breakfast menu, the location is great for shoppers. The Nana station is only a 5-min away and 3 stations away to Siam Centre.
I would definitely stay there again.

A relatively new and small hotel in a convenient location. Because of the size of the hotel, and the length of my stay (a week), the hotel staff even recognise my voice when I call for room service! The rooms are clean and spacious, there's free wi-fi all day long, the room service is delicious, the hotel is only minutes away from the train station and shops just at the doorstep - all at a low price! Only down side is that the bed is abit too hard for my liking and breakfast is the same everyday.

Pros: good location, newly furnished room, good breakfast. Cons: area is a bit noisy, my bed was very stiff. Overall it was fair value for money: a valid option for that rate, but next time I would try something else.

I had a very pleasant two night stay at this establishment,recently.The counter service was very friendly,courteous and helpful.The room was more than adequate with flat screen tv and wireless internet access.I only regretted not having the satellite channel to watch the australian open.It is conveniently situated for movement in town with close access to the sky train.All in all, a very pleasant stay and i would strongly recommend it.

I stayed in this hotel for like 3 nights, and it was just amazing! Affordable price for even those on a tight budget. 5 mins walk to the skytrain and the skytrain is what you need to go sightseeing in bangkok.
If you like mediterranean food, this is the place to be too. Just walk outside of the hotel and well,let just say you will be spoilt for choice. Great rooms, friendly service, honestly, i can't think of anything to complain about. A definite wonderful experience!
