Interesting Place
The Grand Inn was most certainly a surprise given the location. It's very easy to miss the place as it blends into the background of the bustling street activity. Definitely not a family place because the freaks definitely come out at night.
The Grand Inn is a boutique hotel, it has a very nice entrance and small lobby. The enclosed rooftop restaurant was a nice touch. Breakfast was included which was a full American breakfast (toast, eggs, bacon, juice, coffee). The rooms were huge and contemporary but showing a bit of wear. One thing that I noted about the bathrooms is that there is no place to hang your towel, period. My room also had level changes which made no sense especially when I hit my toe on the rises (one at the bathroom entrance and another at the bedroom.
Overall a very nice option for you male travelers as it's very close to Nana Plaza.

Overall ok!
The staff was nice and friendly and the hotel is just few stops from the city centre. It was a bit noise at night eventhough the room wasn't facing the busy main street. The a/c was just above the beds blowing cold air all night long. However, when the a/c was off the room was boiling hot making sleeping rather difficult. There were internet connection problems each of the 5 days we were there which was a real nuissance. There were days when our towels were not changed or beds not done...not sure why?! HAving said that..i would go back there since, as afore mentioned, the staff was nice and friendly, the hotel was close to the city centre, and on my birthday (they knew cause i told them the day before) the hotel sent me a nice present and a card...really sweet!

Big rooms
The location is not too far from Nana Station but they put name GI hotel (Grand Inn Hotel) so not easy to find and lucky and Indian man showed me the direction... Thanks Sir.
Clean and big room but noisy in the morning when the staffs speaking to their friends...also window... hm can see anything because closed by advertisement lamps
I just want to say the bathroom already leakage and the closet not able to flush directly.... hmm this really not make me feel comfortable.
In overall this hotel is okay but I think other which cheaper and nicer than this hotel

Good hotel
Extremely helpful and pleasant staff makes a stay here highly recommended. The entrance is hard to find first time but it is right on the main road 2 doors up from the 7-11. Any stay in this area makes for a bit of a gauntlet run of propositions at night (and day..) for a single male, but I would definitely take my young family for a stay at this hotel as the location makes getting around Bangkok very easy.

Its a nice place with a nice price! friendly staff!
The room is simply amazing, with romantic colours all around, 32 inch LCD, cozy bed and nice decorations. Hotel ppl are friendly and helpful. They have a rooftop cafe too. Will definitely go back for it. Got it cheaper at asiarooms! nice location at sukhumvit road soi 3. just near the junction and not far away from nana BTS skytrain. Definitely worth it!

Good start for the first time staying in bangkok.
It was my first time staying here, along with my 3 pals. we gotten ourselves 2 suites and 1 deluxe double, the room was clean, toilets are all functioning well. View from the suites room was average, facing "Nana square" not much of a sight. Staffs were friendly and very attentive, and this one particular receptionist never fail to brighten our day with her smile. Very accessible as well, Nana bts is about short 5-10mins walk, money changer just beside the hotel, and 7 eleven just a few steps away, Definitely will consider this boutique hotel again during the next visit. Thank you grand-inn for the stay. Nicholas and friends

Smoky....!
First & foremost I would only recommend this hotel to men who are looking for some 'fun'. The area itself is swarming with 'streetwalkers' at night in all races & lots of street vendors, more like an arab street as well for me, & a few shisha place. In short its really not suitable for females who travels alone. The sky train is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel & Im a fast walker. Internet is included when you book a room but the downside is, internet always gets cut off all the time & always had to call the reception to reset their router. As soon as you go inside their narrow hotel lobby, you'll get this funky weird smell of sweat, cigar smoke, etc. Worse when you go inside their tiny lift (They could just simply use an air purifier & lots of auto air freshener!). Rooms are ok, its spacious enough, has thin walls though so you can hear other guests in other rooms in which there are 4 rooms on every level. And still, the smell of cigar smoke is all over the room even if it was they said is considered their "non-smoking" room. And the smell of it will stick on your clothes!!! Air-conditioned, lots of mirrors, has a room safe, mini-bar fridge, 2 bottles complimentary water & are replenished everyday. T&B looks ok, has a bath tub w/ a shower head, has hot & cold water & the pressure is fine although i had a clogged sink! The toilet, well, i had to keep my hands on the flush lever until 'it' all went down or else it wont! Bed is big enough but the mattress is not so good, i felt part of the wood bed frame on my back which is very annoying when you move around. Staff are pretty ok & friendly as Thais are always known for their smile & hospitality.
