Okay but slightly out of the way
The room was okay even though the reception staff were as excited as dead fish meeting the sea when they greeted us. No one answered the phone when we tried calling for directions and when they did, they couldn't really speak English. Your best bet is to tell the taxi driver that it's opposite Dusit Court (a condo).
Plenty of Singaporeans here though, they must enjoy the location just a stone's throw away from Platinum Mall.
The room was fine but there was a problem of bugs - Some mosquitoes and a baby cockroach in the bathroom, pretty strange as it looked acceptably clean.
You get only one free hour of wifi so don't max it all out.
Breakfast was okay, your usual mix of Thai and Western food.

well located
it's near the ARL.. about 5 mins walk. Lots of cheap food and massage places near the hotel.. i skip breakfast n head straight out for local food.. :)

-No belly boy services. to help carried your stuff when you need to send the bag to recpetion.
-That reception gril is not friendly their less their happy faced. their lazy to help.
-The room door is hard to open. maybe u need get services to make sure that door is not so hard to open.
-wifi services is only one day used one hour. i things used friedly. normaly open to used by every custome.
-i was so supriesed need to give extral rm250 per nite to changes singler bed to doubler singler bed, is not fair.
pls ugrated the overall , i things this is best places to stay.the design is okay. i like that becoses iam alos is the most famous interior designer in my counter,.but the hanging light and curtain is ardly damanger.

The hotel is 5 mins walk from the Airport link ( station Rarchaprarop ). For a budget hotel, the security is very good. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are clean except if you are staying on the 2nd floor, the is a slight odour from the shower drain hole when showing.

Convenient location
Very near to the airport rail station if you know your directions beforehand. About 5 mins walk to Indra Mall, 10-15 mins walk to Platinum. Front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. Room was slightly musty in the beginning, but nothing a few minutes of air-conditioning can't fix. Room lighting was also a little dark but otherwise the room was adequately furnished.
Good price at prime location
A good hotel at good price. Nearby bts to airport and platunum market.
Excellent Location, value for money
We stay there for 4 days, 3 nights for 2 rooms and the hotel is relatively easy to find, considering that we go the Bangkok every year and always stay in Pratunam. We used to stay in the opposite lane PJ watergate but decided to change to this newer hotel. The hotel is strategically located in Soi Wattanawong, directly opposite Indra Regent so it is easy to locate this hotel. Just turn in once you see the 7 eleven on the corner.
The security is good with 24hrs security, one card access to the main lobby, another card access to the floor unit and lastly, card access to your room. You will be allocated 2 cards though.
Rooms were new and clean, the mini bar fridge in our rooms were not working but it was quickly fixed. Amenties in the room were splendid, coffee and tea making facilities, safe deposit boxed, bath robe, standing shower, split aircon, LCD TV, hair dryer, everything you would expect to find in a 4 star accommodation. Only slight problem is the toilet which is a bit smelly, maybe because we stay in lower floor (non smoking). Also at night a bit noisy, next building is a seafood eatery which blare the thai music but after 12 it quieten down.
Breakfast was ok and the menu was changed almost every day. We liked the fried chicken for breakfast at the last day and ate a lot. LOL ... But the breakfast set was a bit disappointing, we tried ordering additional hot dog, which my daughter loved them but was only given a miserly 2 hot dog. Think they might have limit on their hot dog...
Location was superb as we always shop in pratunam, its always shop then go back hotel, deposit the stuff, shop again, go back hotel. It just 5 mins walk across a overhead bridge.
Superb value for money + you can save on transportation, we took airport rail SA city line which cost only 40B per person, alight at Ratchaprarop, cross the road on your right and walk 5 mins to our hotel. Beats travelling on taxi and tuk tuk and bargain like hell LOL ...
helpful and friendly staff but a thing to be concerned about would be the less than satisfactory condition of the carpets in the room. apart from that, my stay was rather splendid and wonderful. and one more thing, breakfast was fine but a better variety would be more enticing.
Good Location w/a Price thats Good for the Room that You Get!
location is very near to shopping areas. food is just ok. front desks are willing to help. the only downside is internet is worth 600 bath for 24 hours with a very slow connection. overall i had a good stay & will stay there again when im back in bangkok
