service is wonderful,expesically the waiter in the bar. the meal tasted great, but we live 3 days,meal is the same every day.the most uncomfortable is the shower sometimes cold ,sometimes hot,not east to control.that's it!

We are happy staying in this hotel. The Nana Skystrain station is just in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is well served. However there are not many restaurants / food that we can find around the hotel.

Great location; gateway to the city as you are on the steps of Nana BTS. A little noisy due to construction next door during daytime. Good restaurant. Nice new modern rooms; stylishly appointed; mood/arty lighting; some rooms have frosted glass windows only; new clear view. Nice wood floors; tile in bathrooms; cool comfortable showers; nice linens and freebie amenities like water and bathroom essentials; friendly staff; good security.

I was pleasantly surprised, even after having read good reviews on Trip Advisor. The hotel is very new and the rooms are excellent (I stayed in two different rooms, a regular and larger one). The staff was VERY helpful. I had knee surgery and they did everything they could to help me out. The cafe is very nice and I noticed quite a few non-guests coming in for meals--a good sign. Out the front door of the cafe is the ramp up to the Nana Skytrain station--couldn't be closer. The rooms were very quiet with frosted windows but they do let light in. Just down the soi is a fantastic new Thai restaurant called the Kinnaree. Upscale but excellent food--probably the best I have had in my many trips here. One negative--the TV reception was poor, but I didn't really want to watch much TV.

perfectly location if you want to be close to BTS (at the door step of the Nana station) or MRT within 8 mins walk. Room decor is very chic and practical. Breakfast is okay. No pool or gym though. If you arrive by taxi, you must drive into the first lane off Soi8, right behind the Suhkumvit Road.

Breakfast is simple but good quality. Free wifi in the room and other place in the hotel.
But no window in the room. The air conditioning is too noise.
