Customer services to be improved!
They asked for an advance of 1.000 THB for the minibar (which we did not give, we did not use the minibar either). Long discussions about bills and drinks that were not correct. In general: not very friendly and welcoming.

Staff in reception very unpolite, specially a...
Staff in reception very unpolite, specially a guy in the night time. The hotel was not clean at all. No river sights!!!! Temperature of the swimingpool , 32 degrees. No tumbs, neither chair to lo leave the towel. I said towels? They havent got towels for everyone!!!! Two options in the room: extreme hot or extreme cold. I expected a new, clean and brillant toilet. It was not like that. There was a suspicious hole on the floor near the sink. I put the bin the first day and I didn´t move in all our stay. My wife was very dissapointed with this hotel. We pay 60 euros per night, in Bangkok!!!! And also, at the end, They wanted to charge us more money than the reservation. It was my third time in Bangkok, the most expensive hotel I have been, and the worst... Please dont go!!!!
